Pros:

The property has several apartments. The one I stayed was at the second floor, and it was a large studio with a big bay window and a nice size bathroom. When I arrived there was no coffee machine but the young woman at the counter promised one and she delivered. Very responsive and attentive staff. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Nice pool in the roof with a 360 degree view of the city. Two minor things to improve: no can opener in the kitchenet and a mattress that really sag. The place is only four years old and still in good shape. The outside noise level is low. Good value.
