O hostel é muito bem localizado. Fácil de fazer vários passeios a pé, inclusive, ir até o terminal ADO.

The staff kinda suck
Pros:

Aesthetically, looks like a cool, hipster, American oasis. If you're looking for a fully Americanized experience, this is your spot.

Cons:

Staff was so rude, not welcoming at all! The beds were not comfortable. If you stay in one of the dorms just know the structures are flimsy. You have to pay for a towel.

Ze vermelden AC maar dat is NIET het geval, het was ook zeer luidruchtig gezien onze kamer naast de lobby lag en deze ook als ontspanningsruimte wordt gezien, de ventilator aan het plafond kon je niet aanzetten want dan was het nie te houden va het gepiep en lawaai van deze ventilator

Experiencia decepcionante e incómoda

Los chicos de recepción fueron amables y profesionales y las instalaciones son agradables, tanto la terraza como el área de recepción.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia aquí fue muy negativa. Desde el primer día, los voluntarios no fueron amigables: no sonreían, eran groseros y mostraban una clara falta de profesionalismo y servicio al cliente. En la terraza, al pedir una cerveza, intenté ser empático con una chica que estaba comiendo y le dije que se tomara su tiempo, pero su reacción fue desproporcionadamente hostil. A partir de ese momento, la actitud hacia mí empeoró, incluyendo comentarios a mis espaldas y un trato frío por parte de otros voluntarios.

La situación escaló al punto de hacerme sentir incómodo e incluso inseguro. Tras reportarlo en recepción, me confirmaron que no era la primera vez que ocurrían problemas con esa persona, lo cual refleja una falta de control por parte de la administración sobre su equipo.

Aunque agradezco al personal de recepción por escucharme, ofrecerme una habitación privada y procesar un reembolso, la experiencia general fue muy mala. Incluso en la habitación privada no me sentí seguro, ya que las puertas no cuentan con seguro, y durante la noche hubo comportamientos inapropiados por parte de voluntarios que aumentaron aún más mi incomodidad.

El hostel tiene buenas instalaciones, pero eso no compensa la falta de profesionalismo y el ambiente poco seguro generado por su personal. Recomiendo tener precaución al considerar este lugar.

Good value for money. Rezalito created unforgettable experience
Pros:

Rezalito made our stay unforgettable. From the first moment we arrived we felt comfortable and welcomed. Rezalito organised many activities and entertainment that helped us discover the city from a different perspective. The room was clean. Breakfast is good. Receptionists are also really good.
