Good location, everything within walking distance. Nice staff—everyone was friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely rooftop bar with a great view of the city. The hostel organizes plenty of activities. The rooms are a standard size, with lockers under the beds (sized for a small backpack). The beds come with privacy curtains, power outlets, and a reading lamp. Free drinking water refills are available.

In het bed naast mij werd midden in de nacht keihard ge…. Dat vind ik niet normaal in een hosteldorm. Ik gaf het aan bij de receptie, maar er werd op het moment zelf niets aan gedaan.

Fijne hostel op toplocatie in Oaxaca met privékamers en prachtig toegankelijk rooftop terras met bar. Barman was top en maakte geweldige cocktails.

Cons:

De kamers werden (ondanks de tijd van het jaar) warm en zijn ‘s nachts vrij lawaaiierig aangezien ze recht uitkomen op het binnenplein.

Personeel (afhankelijk van wie) sprak vrij slecht Engels en leek minder bereid om mee te denken.

Great staff clean and comfy!

Cons:

Crazy guest that had a mental breakdown in the lobby and verbally assulted me infront of two staff members and neither of them asked me if I was okay after the interaction. Very uncomfortable!

Günstig aber voll OK
Pros:

Tolle Aktivitäten, Gemeinschaftsbereich, Terrasse, Dachterrasse, Arbeitsbereich. Man kann sich wirklich viel bewegen und die Lage ist gut - rundherum gibt's überall Lokale und das Stadtzentrum ist auch in Gehweite.

Cons:

Man muss aushalten, dass das eigene Bett (das an drei andere grenzt und mit dünnen Holbrettern bzw. mit Vorhängen begrenzt ist) die einzige Form von Privatsphäre ist. Wir waren im 8-Bett-Zimmer zum Glück nur zu 5. Aber selbst wenn das Bad mal besetzt ist, kann man im Aufenthaltsbereich aufs Klo oder zum Waschbecken gehen.
