No sirvió la televisión del cuarto querías relajarnos ver películas y marcamos a recepción y nos dijo la señorita q no tenían personal suficiente y nunca fueron a tratar de arreglar el problema bajamos al bar a tomar unos tragos y a comer pero pedimos la comida después q 40 minutos le prestamos al mesero y nos dijo ahí viene 1:45 minutos y nunca llegó cancelamos y se molestaron

Llegando a la habitación 427 no teníamos servicio de televisión ni telefonía e intentaron hacer varios cambios de Receptores de señal y cables de ethernet, no pudiendo resolver el problema hasta después de una hora y media de nuestra llegada y ademas de la mala actitud de la Señorita que nos atención en la Recepción. Aunado a esto el área de la alberca esta muy pequeña y cuando quisimos hacer uso de ella esta sobre saturada
