Pros:

Few hours before our arrival I was notified through a message that there was not water in the apartment. They gave me 2 options first two apartments with 1 bedroom each. I was traveling with my husband and 3 minor daughters youngest being 11 months old and oldest 11 years. This was definitely not an option for me.
Second was to accommodate us in a different building.
This was a vacation to celebrate my sisters birthday day and she had booked in the same building. Now we were going to be miles away and had to change our car reservation to a car each. Since we had reserved an suv.
This is not what we were expecting from our vacation. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. Should they have notified me days before the experience would have been much better.

Pues tuvimos un pequeño detalle con el internet que nos dijeron que lo estaba en sus manos tuvimos que agarrar wi-fi externo a la habitación y se nos fue una horas el agua también los hicieron falta dos sillas más en el comedor y todo lo demás es excelente limpieza comodidad la alberca del edificio la seguridad sí volveríamos de nuevo gracias y sigan así y mejoren

The property was a quiet, calm oasis that brought about amazing experiences for us all. The gym , to the infinity pool, the excellent decor in our room, the small details brought us so much pleasure to see. We all loved our stay at this hotel. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Beautiful and breathtaking.

Pros:

Our stay was phenomenal. The location was perfect, about 8 minutes away from town driving. There’s a few small places that are walking distance as well for food and drinks. The service was great, the location was well. Our hosts were very responsive. We did have a small issue with the water being out our first night. We got back in around 2 and the water was out, maintenance agreed to come fix it first thing in the morning but luckily it cut back on by the next morning around 830 by itself. 10/10 overall

Nice unit, but far from the beach and restaurants. If you want to stay here you need to rent a car for sure, it will be cheaper than paying for a taxi during your whole stay.
Staff at the complex was very friendly and helpful. But you need to deal with the managing company in charge of renting the apartment. They didn't send anyone to clean the apartment upon request. I just gave up on that despite I was told they will come to change towels and do the cleaning.

Das Gebäudekomplex besteht aus verschiedenen Besitzern. Ansich eine tolle Unterkunft mit tollem Pool und whirpool. Die unterkunft war gepflegt und aussreichend ausgestattet. Am zweiten Abend kamen wir nach einem langen Tag zurück zur Unterkunft. Allerdings ging der Strom zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr. Nach etwas hin und her hat uns der Manager unseres Apartments(der sehr bemüht war) einen neuen Schlüssel zukommen lassen für eine Unterkunft im selben Gebäudekomplex die wir nach 2 Stunden beziehen konnten. Während der Nacht um 2 Uhr fiel auch hier der Strom und auch die Wasserversorgung aus, sodass wir in der Hitze nicht mehr schlafen konnten. Dieses Mal war nicht nur unser Apartment, sondern das gesamte Gebäudekomplex betroffen und hatte keinen Strom mehr. Es war einfach nur schrecklich und dies hatte nichts mehr mit Urlaub zu tun. Als ich morgens Eigentümer eines Apartmentst darauf angesprochen habe, sagten sie das es hier häufiger passiert. Es wäre schön solche Informationen vorab zu bekommen. Ab den dritten Tag ging nur noch 1 von 2 Fahrstühlen.

Appartement très agréable au rez-de-chaussée. Équipement satisfaisant pour un court séjour. Petit bassin dans le jardin,Très agréable. Piscine sur le toit magnifique avec l'équipement en terrasse! Logement propre mais problème d'odeur d'humidité pendant tout le séjour.

Hosts are completely unresponsive and the property is extremely dirty. When we arrived “housekeeping” was still in the room so we saw her finishing up. She had towels on the floor which she then rolled up and placed on the bed. Upon inspecting the room we kept finding more and more issues. The sheets were dirty and stained, the walls were dirty, dirty mirror, pasta stuck onto the wall, stained couch, garbage on the floor, dust clots on the floor (where the towels that went on the bed were laying…) etc.. we contacted the host to no response. Host also did not provide us with the Wifi password until the last night, and would not answer any q’s in the group chat. The water also went out twice during our visit. The AC in the unit is also completely messed up. No matter which temperature you set it too, it always cools the same amount. Without the AC on however it gets too hot and humid. At one point we had it set to 28 degrees C and it was freezing still, but as mentioned we could not turn it off as it would get way too hot without it. This applies for both AC units in the apartment. The worst part of the entire trip came though on Monday morning when we discovered a cockroach in our room. Which was disgusting. We understand that we are in Mexico and there can be bugs but not cockroaches!! We are hoping that they didn’t lay any eggs in our luggage and we didn’t bring anything back to Canada with us.

El espacio está bien, solo que está enredoso la ubicación, no se tuvo servicio de regadera en cuarto principal, y muy malos olores que se tenía en ese sanitario, no se tuvo servicio de internet en toda la estancia, se tenía carta de la administración de que no podíamos hacer uso de las amenidades, no dejaron papel sanitario para baños,lo terrible es que se tiene la certeza que se olvidó una cangurera con dinero, y comentan que no.

I booked this property because of the previous reviews but what a disappointment. Upon entering the apartment there is a horrible smell, of damp wet moldy material. The floors felt like they were mopped with dirty water making them feel gross. We had to do an inventory check….waiting, while every spoon, fork, coffee cup, water glass, plate and bowl were counted. I was not quick and didnt notice that the pillows had no covers. There is no shower pressure. The wifi was not working which I brought up numerous times during check in but was told dont worry… it’ll come on. Well, there was no wifi all four days. I kept asking for help from the management group but got no answer. Finally, our last night, our room manager came to check everything again and said its a problem a technician has to fix from Cancun. I don’t recommend this property; the management is team unresponsive, the apartment is gross, the surrounding area looks like a war zone with construction everywhere. Very, very disappointing stay.

Apts are not to far from either the beach or downtown . About 10 mins each way .
Super quiet facility , pool is amazing not packed at all!!!

And apts are very modern and spacious
