Hotel sobrevalorado, por mucho. Feo y pésima atención y experiencia.

El desayuno tenía animales y telarañas. Ya ni quise probar lo demás. Asqueroso.

Cons:

Cama pandeada, cortinas rotas, pésima regadera( un día no hubo agua). Es un hotel fantasma. No hubo tumbonas. Me despertaron para preguntar si desayunaría a sus tiempos, querían limpiar habitación a sus tiempos, lejísimos de todo, no tenían paraguas, cero amables, no te ayudan a conseguir taxi, lejos del mar… y así la lista es infinita. Nunca volveré ni lo recomendaré. Horrible hotel.

Me encantó la comida. El desayuno es fresco y de generosa porción. La habitación muy bien pensada. Linda, cómoda y limpia!
La atención también estuvo excelente, gente muy amable y atenta. De verdad que fue una gran experiencia!! No puedo recomendarlo más.

This is NOT hotel it’s an AIRBNB
Pros:

The place is pretty but I must say it has misleading advertising. It is NOT hotel it’s an AIRBNB. We wanted a hotel with full services for our last 2 nights in Baja, I even put the filter of hotel on booking. There’s no staff, only the cleaners/cooks in the morning and a guy that takes care of the place at night. 2 days
before our arrival we got a message saying “as you know we have a virtual front desk, and instructions for self check in” there is not actual front desk, in their listing they say they have a 24 hour front desk, they never mention the virtual part. It’s also very far away from the beach and the town so you need to go to the grocery store to make sure you have essentials, they do offer water and beer and some snacks in the communal kitchen. For breakfast they only have one dish so if you have any allergies or food restrictions good luck. I particularly don’t do Airbnb traveling anymore as I like the comfort of having services like a restaurant, good coffee, a proper front desk, and all the little amenities luxury boutique hotels have. The soaps in the rooms were airbnb like and had different colors from all the different brands they have used and it smelled rancid. This place was our most expensive stay in all of Baja and it was a AIRBNB with very misleading advertising. If that’s your kind of travel then the place is nice, but I felt scammed nowhere in the description in describes what it really is. Their motto is “design is everything” and I don’t agree location and services are very high on my list. Not worth what we paid to be honest.
