Pros:

Rooms where pretty big and had most everything you might need. Really good water pressure for showers. Its also situated next to a grocery store for anything else you might need. Downside was property nearby had loud music at night so I had to sleep with earbuds. Also they have a common area that lets you cook your own food if you have portable stove and cookware. Its great but they don't have a place to throw garbage or clean up which I thought was odd.
