Reception is open until 8:00pm. Late check-ins after 8:00 PM incur a fee of $500 MXN ($30 USD), payable in cash upon arrival. Kindly inform us if your arrival will be after 8:00 PM so we can coordinate your arrival. Otherwise access will be denied.

Only registered guests may use the amenities, and visitors are strictly prohibited in common areas. The maximum occupancy per unit is four people, including children aged two and older. This policy is strictly enforced. Additionally, wearing the provided bracelet is mandatory throughout the property.

Food and drinks are not permitted to be brought to the pool area. There is a bar and restaurant on site where food and drinks can be purchased.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Always an awesome stay.
Pros:

This is my eighth stay at this place, and I always enjoy the amenities. I love the well-equipped fitness center. I don't have to pack much because each unit has its own washer and dryer. The extra space always provides additional comfort—from a spare bathroom that you can just use to read a magazine to an extra bed where you can lay around and chill. Always a nice place to stay when in Puerto Vallarta.

Cons:

It's not the facility's fault; there was a two-hour blackout in the area during a storm. Only emergency lights were on for that period. No AC.

The property was clean and nice view.

Cons:

The pool did not open until 10am, I wanted to take an early swim and start my day . If you are looking for a late check out they charge $500 pesos per hour and $200 to store your luggage! They charge you right and left!

Pros:

Beautiful apartment, spacious, beautiful view from the deck, great location, it was a great value. And the staff were excellent. I would stay here again.

Cons:

The noise from the highway can be a lot if you’re sensitive to noise, though it didn’t bother me. The towels were clean but very worn with a few stains, time for some new ones.

Beautiful place, terrific pool, great location, but uncomfortable beds.
Pros:

The location is great, beautiful building, and the pool is definitely the highlight. Absolutely terrific views, lovely sunbeds, enough space, great temprature of the pool. We had an apartment with a nice balcony as well, that gave us everything that we needed for a great trip.

Cons:

Both the beds were really not comfortable (super hard). At the pool there's a bar and kitchen service, which is great, but they strongly prohibit you (and tell you off immediately) to bring even your own water. I believe you cannot prohibit people from bringing their own water, that is rediculous. The second bed, is in fact placed in the the living room, and this room is separated from the terrace by a big sliding glass door, which is not properly closed on the bottom, so there's a LOT of noise coming in (even though being on the 8th floor, it's on a rather busy street, and there's music closeby).

All of codes, keycards, changing elevators to get around the facilities. In general the place makes up for this.

Stunning views and pool—a true Mexican paradise near Zona Rimantica!
Pros:

Everything! This place is absolutely gorgeous, beyond gorgeous! I enjoyed it so much. I’ve already booked a second vacation because 3 days was just not enough. The rooftop pool is just beyond beautiful. It was a great location. The apartment was totally fully equipped, comfortable clean, beautiful clean, etc..

Cons:

The hard water, but I think this is Mexico and not necessarily the location. Also, I enjoy walking but it was a lil hard to cross the road. But the location itself, again, was perfect! It had the gorgeous rooftop infinity swimming pool and breathtaking 360 degrees sweeping views of Puerto Vallarta, gym, cafe, everything and anything you could want.

The apartment was gorgeous!! The view breath taking!

Cons:

The main attraction for me was the pool and I was soooo looking forward to enjoying it. But the water was sooooo cold and I was shocked that it was not heated. This definitely is a deal breaker for me.

The location - the crossing of the road to get to the restaurants and the Malecon needs major improvement. Crossing the road is soooooo dangerous as the road that needs to be crossed is a major road and there is no light or even a path to cross it.

The location was beautiful, the actual hotel is very nice. The view was the best, the pool was very nice but not family friendly... Carlos our concierge was the best, he tried very had to keep us happy and sent us a lot of information about Puerto Vallarta..

Cons:

Some of the staff were not friendly, the rooms were very dirty. I left a tip for the house keeper and she didn't do nothing. The bedcover were all stained, showers dirty and sofas and carpets smelled like pets. Very disappointing

Heel veel herrie vooral als de balkon deuren open staan kun je elkaar niet meer verstaan
Geen handdouche erg onhandig!
De conciërge beloof van alles en uiterlijk na 5 minuten te reageren op je bericht. Maar hij doet niets er gebeurt niets of zeer traag er was in het begin geen wifi en de koffie machine heeft het nooit gedaan ondanks alle beloftes
We hebben een 4 pers app en we zijn met z’n 2e. Als je vrienden wilt meenemen naar je appartement na 12 uur mag dit niet meer! Dat is in een uitgaan gebied niet wenselijk. Alleen als je dan geld geeft kan in eens alles

Very noisy in the apt because of the cars on the street the apt is located on the 4 th floor
Also noisy from the hallway it’s not isolated for the noise at all

Very very noisy on deck as property sits next to hwy 200 on a hill.
Multi elevators is bizarre.
Address of building makes it impossible to find building. Our taxi delivered us to back of building as per address on website where there is no signage to get into building. A local told us property is SoHo Residences and main entrance is on hwy 200.
Pool music too loud and drinks are over priced and very poor quality. Ridiculous that rules do not allow you to bring own drinking water or snacks to pool.
Elevators stopped working twice due to power outage meaning you have a lot of stairs to climb.
Booking.com should require listing to say SoHo Residences and not Maxwell Collections as Maxwell Collections are a property management company and not a physical building.
