The atmosphere is very nice and we feels like at home.
Great value but I didn’t like that the restroom in the room had a glass window. Your family can see you use the restroom.

Las ventanas están oxidadas y no se pueden abrir
El inodoro cada vez que se utilizaba y se tiraba agua salía un olor muy feo
Las habitaciones con olor a humedad
El wifi no funcionaba y la red 3G con muy mala conexión
Se cortaba la corriente eléctrica a cada rato
Y por ende nos quedábamos sin aire acondicionado y hacía mucho calor y era imposible de dormir
La playa llena de rocas y el mar lleno de algas con mucho olor fétido
Lo único bueno, que tiene este lugar es el muchacho que nos recibió para hacer el check in
La recepción , la señora que atiende parece estar enojada con la vida
Al igual que la chica de la limpieza
El trato dado al cliente es horrible

This property offered simple amenities with beach front access and proximity to restaurants and other activities. Victor is a true gem and made us feel welcome from the very start of our stay. He was friendly, accommodating, and so helpful with recommendations. Overall, a lovely option if you're looking for a relaxing, tranquil retreat!
This is a beautiful little gem on the ocean. It’s truly magical. Missing some elements like guard in the entrance to the hotel. Reception never answers the phone. But when you go to them they’re very nice and accommodating. No pool. But a few steps right into the beach. Great restaurant options walking distance. Gorgeous ocean. The beach is divided into private area for hotel members and public . I read some reviews that were not happy with it. Honestly , it was great and didn’t bother us at all. But again , there’s no staff to help with seating , or manage who walks into the beach seated area. So that’s new to me. Overall - great place to stay on the water and we would come back here again.

The Hotel area was right on the beach, the staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. There are plently of places to get essentials, drinks, and food nearby. Would 10/10 recommended to anyone needing a fabulous and relaxing getaway. Will be returning!
Nice little place with a small quiet beach that’s close to some good eats.
My wife and mine's experience was phenomenal and we enjoyed this section of Tulum's Zona Hotelera far more than others. The reasons for this were the restaurants, less crowded beach, and overall less congestion.

This is a 13 room facility right on the beach. We had a nice cabana type room with a patio and a view from both to the beach. Convenient to food and bar options. Reasonably priced. The staff seemed eager to please. Public beach access and clubs nearby meant crowds and music that was often loud. Reserved beach area for the hotel helped. The most unexpected issue for us was that you can not flush toilet paper in much or all of the Tulum area, apparently due to the fact that development was rapid without a change to sewer treatment. The windows in our room did not open and there was no screen door so our expectation of hearing the sound of the water at night and having
a breeze was thwarted. Fan and AC compensated somewhat. Shuttle service for transfer from Tulum airport was $110 cash each direction for the 1/2 hour to 45 minute ride.
Wonderful place for a beach holiday
Highly recommend this property! It’s a cute boutique hotel right on the beach! The views from the beach are amazing. It’s walkable to a few shops and restaurants. It’s a ways away from the main “strip” of the more crowded hotel/bar area but the location is perfect! The water pressure isn’t amazing but gets the job done. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. It was so quiet and felt like we had our own private beach bungalow.

Lovely place right in front of the ocean. The hotel can use some painting and reparation mostly outside but the view is amazing. The staff are very friendly. Cleaning was also good and the beach was ok but it’s open to public so it could get noisy or crowded. The massage we get at the beach from the hotel spa were also very relaxing. Recommended if you don’t mind sacrifice luxury.
Such a cute hotel. It’s at the end of the hotel zone, great price as it is directly in front of the beach! Very clean and not as busy as the hotel zone. I wish they would respond to WhatsApp messages but the youn man at the front desk told met don’t. It’s a 45 minute walk from the Jungle Gym and Mother Earth Statue
