A simple and overpriced hotel
Pros:

A basic room with AC. The staff are friendly, especially Julieta.:)

Cons:

I would not recommend visiting this beach area during the summer, as the sea conditions make swimming impossible. The hotel is significantly overpriced; you would be much better off staying in the city center for half the cost. Additionally, there was a persistent cleanliness issue, with cockroaches appearing in my room few times during my staying.

Pros:

I had to book this hotel again as they did not answer any of my original emails. When we arrived, they did not have a balcony room which I had booked. The AC in the room did not work and the bed was rock hard. The bugs were so bad that we could not spend time on the beach so we left and purchase time at another hotel. I would like my money back.

Cons:

AC was not working. Beach was not accessible. I booked twice and the manager would not refund my money. And then the day we left there was no one in the office so we finally just left without talking to anybody.

Pros:

L’environnement, la maison pour 4 spacieuse et tout près de la plage. La possibilité d’aller gratuitement dans la piscine de l’hôtel d’à côté à cause des sargasses présentes sur la plage. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Climatisation défaillante le 1er jour. Mais compensé par le gentillesse du personnel qui nous a prêté des ventilateurs le temps de la réparation.

Super, dommage pour les sargasses
Pros:

Les chambres étaient tres bien, l'emplacement est bien, il y a des restaurants et brunch en face pour les repas.
La plage tres belle sans les sargasses. Nous étions en saison basse donc nous étions quasi seuls dans l'hôtel et la ville, c'était tres chouette. Je recommande.

Cons:

Nous étions à un moment ou les sargasses étaient tres tres presentes, nous n'avons pas pu utilisé la plage de l'hôtel a cause des alges et de l'odeur. Nous sommes allé a la piscine de l'hôtel voisin pour 200pesos par personne.
Aussi l'une de nos chambres était en rdc et il y avait un certain nombre de bêtes qui entraient (lézards, insectes).

We were disappointed by the policy prohibiting outside food and beverages at the beach club, which necessitated purchasing items exclusively from the hotel's offerings. Additionally, the absence of a swimming pool was a notable drawback.

Amazing place, great location.
Pros:

Went for valentines. Loved how the property was right in front of the beach. It exceeded our expectations and the room we stayed in was bigger than in the picture with a nice beachfront view. We enjoyed the view from the terrace. They also had their own beach beds and umbrellas for guest staying.

You might actually like it. The courtyard is pleasant.
Pros:

Upon check-in, we were told that our room had been upgraded. The location is wonderful—right on the beachfront. However, you won't be able to take long walks along the beach, as it is flanked by cliffs on both sides. The rooms are good for this price range. The water pressure in the shower is acceptable. The room cleaning is good.

Cons:

The staff may be absent for extended periods—especially in the evenings, when you could end up waiting for up to an hour. Tip: look for an employee at the bar across the street, and you’ll likely find them there. I also didn't notice any security on the beach side at night. The sun loungers on the beach haven't been cleaned in a long time. Only three free parking spaces are available for hotel guests; if these are occupied, you will be offered a paid spot across the street for $13–14 per night. There is no beach shower.

Very relaxed stay, with our rental car we made some closeby trips (Maya ruins, Akumal snorkelling and Dos Ogos cenote)
Pros:

Location was great with ocean view. Nice large room with large balcony/terrace.

Cons:

Keep in mind that there's no breakfast (we were aware). But there are two places next to La Conchita where you van have breakfast, lunch or dinner with a 10% discount. Both were good.

An amazing place right on the beach
Pros:

An amazing hotel right on the beach, 20 meters from the ocean. The rooms are cozy, the hotel itself is so well integrated into the surrounding nature, it feels so nice there.

Pros:

I liked the room and it's authentic design, the area is very cosy, the beach is lovely, but unfortunately we couldn't not swim because of the sea weeds. Nice cafes are opposite the hotel. Short distance to the town.

Cons:

Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the beach and swimming because of sargassum. Also it was a bit frustrating that it's said that there is no parking at the hotel, but actually there were parking spots in front of the hotel, says "for guests only", but we were not those guests.
The pillow was too thick, couldn't sleep on it.

Absolutely lovely! I would highly recommend!
Pros:

It is even more beautiful than advertised. I could see and hear the beach right from my room. The location is wonderful, there are a wonderful restaurants right across and beside the hotel. It is easy to get to from Tulum downtown. It is not an isolated area but it is not overcrowded or bursting with traffic either.

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault, but the beach here at the hotel in April has a lot of seaweed, so you may not be comfortable swimming in it. However, the seaweed is a rich golden brown/golden yellow colour, it’s actually pretty to look at. The staff also tries to remove/ reduce the seaweed washed ashore, but I think the seaweed serves a purpose because the beach tides and waves are strong and intense.
