Pros:

Place is beautiful beds super comfy. My only issue is pool area had no lights, so when we thought we would be able to enjoy the pool once we got in for the night, it was extremely dark. Oh, and day of checkout, they'll start messaging at 7am asking when you're leaving.

The hotel tried to cancel my reservation the day before my trip

The hotel, price and location was great.

Cons:

They tried to cancel my reservation the day before my trip, I was with several friends who did get their reservation canceled the day before too. I argued with them and got my reservation but they tried to cancel and did cancel many friends the day before using whatsapp messaging even though the reservation was confirmed on booking.com and we had our room's information and everything/

Pros:

Everything was amazing here! Clean and spacious! Super affordable for the Luxury vibes you get here! The restaurant downstairs was very delightful and I love how its located right next to a shopping center! felt very safe as a solo traveler! They even decorated my room for a great fee! And lets not get started on the massage!! AMAZING!

Cons:

I just didnt like how many mosquitoes there were! They even get into the room/apt sometimes!

Pros:

It was comfortable and it had everything I needed

Cons:

The pool doesn’t have any shade.
I would’ve liked things like salt,pepper, sugar and coffee in the kitchen

NOT a hotel, but a condo complex!
Cons:

This is NOT a hotel! It is a failed condo development with many vacant storefronts for rent across from a big box supermarket. I believe they are trying to recoup their losses and renting out unsold apartments. I canceled my reservation and moved to another hotel.

Perfect spot to explore the town

* Central to the highway and busy downtown area
* Supermarket for groceries opposite
* Good Towels
* Luxurious Towels and Bedding
* Quiet Rooftop pool and lounging area, clean and loungers available, toilets and a shower. Towels provided
* Good A/C
* Quiet and safe location
* Our balcony overlooked the jungle and had a tree with lovely local birds to have breakfast with!
* Ample storage
* Security controlled parking
* Powerful waterfall shower
* I would stay here again

Cons:

* Kitchen equipped for self catering, but lacking many basic amenities - dishcloth/towel, kettle, bottle opener, washing up liquid, scissors
* Door to hallway not soundproofed and some noisy neighbours trailing the corridors
* Apartment blocks, mainly privately owned, so many residential/long term let's, not a holiday vibe
* Penthouse Apartment with Private pool, lovely luxury but didn't get sun til the afternoon, and required regular moving around the small area to stay in sunlight
* Signage not clear for the buildings being the correct destination or that the parking is connected- it is.

Super disappointing stay with no acknowledgement from management
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff

Cons:

- WiFi worked in one part of one room only, meaning I had an earlier checkout than expected as I was working remotely.
- Air con units don't gather condensation so it drips all over the floor and down the walls..
- Towels and bed linen were stained. Asked for this to be changed and they were replaced it others that were equally stained.
- Pool hadn't been cleaned / water treated (some sort of residue on top)
- Everything was the absolute bare minimum e.g. no kitchen towels, washing up liquid, shower gel, hairdryer, chairs on balcony etc.
- Was unable to sit on the terrace or balcony due to lack of seating/shading area. There was also no umbrellas, beds or outdoor furniture it Was very uninviting and nothing like the pictures.
- When the wind picks up, the doors whistle due to poor sealing

All in all a pointless and quite possibly the most disappointing stay I've ever had.

Has everything you need on the property! The spa, gym, Art walk, pool…. I don’t think the pictures do the property justice. And anything else is next door. Walking distance to super Aki ( pickup point for most excursions.) as well as restaurants and events. It’s about 10 minutes from almost EVERY main attraction. Including sfer Ik, the public beach, beach clubs, food…

Cons:

There’s a faint smell that I didn’t care for. Not too bad but I have a strong nose

Awesome modern design complex
Pros:

Tuk Tulum is a great place to stay. Huge shout out to the receptionists - Azul and Ashley, they were really friendly and helpfuI. I also really liked the interior and exterior design of the complex, especially the murals, plants and trees - really cool landscaping. The rooftop pool and view on jungle also a huge plus. 10/10 would recommend

Convenient location, campus feel.
Pros:

Campus-like feel and very clean. Shout out to the very honest cleaner and reception staff who found an item I’d mistakenly left in the safe.
Good location - near town centre and supermarket.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

People were noisy in the corridors and had room parties. The latter was dealt with by security however. Only one lounger on private roof pool area. Spiral stairs quite dangerous and you can hear the wind through the door.
Check your booking before you arrive. 2 of us didn’t get what we had booked - apparently there are teething problems with new management and admin.
