Great hotel, the property is top notch, very nice details in the room. Plan on staying again when ever in Valle. We have stayed at Bruma, Encuentro, and liked this better.

The location is also right next to very good wineries, Adobe Gaudalupe, Monte Xanic, Camou and EMEVE.

Great staff as well!

Spectacular resort in Valle. The rooms are pristine, bed and linens top quality, loved the private terrace. Pool and spa are perfect, and the restaurants are beautiful as delicious. Service is also fantastic. Private security makes you feel safe. I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself is excellent, with no complaints on that front. However, I was very disappointed by the policy of asking guests to leave after check-out time, even if they are still consuming food and drinks by the pool. This is something I have never encountered at any other hotel or resort. The hotel and pool area were nearly empty, with only two other couples present. The staff could benefit from improving their understanding of hospitality. I have stayed at Cielo, Encuentro, and several other hotels in Valle, and I’ve never had an experience like this before. As someone who has been visiting VDG for the last 25 years, I find it unreasonable to pay $500 per night and then be asked to leave the property by 1 PM. We had already checked out and packed but simply wanted to enjoy some food and drinks before crossing the border, yet we were not allowed to stay.
