I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was spotless, the staff was kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
Superb stay! The hotel is in a great area for walking around and exploring. The bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was great, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room. Excellent value!
I loved the authentic Mexican vibe of this hotel. It felt like a home away from home. The décor, and the quiet courtyard were all lovely. Every staff member we met was warm and professional. 10/10 would stay again!
The room had maintenance issues and there were cockroaches and bed bugs. Staff moved us to another room, but the problems continued. We left early and got our deposit back. Would not recommend due to cleanliness concerns.
We have gone to this hotel several times. This time we had a few problems one was not the fault of the hotel. The weather was rainy and the last night we had no electric. We did have a leak y toilet. The air conditioner cooled the bedroom but it took quite a while. Diageo did his best to solve our problems. All in all it was a good vacation. We had a tasty breakfast thank you Norma

The room was better than my expectations. It’s like a small apartment with 1 and a half bathrooms. Has a fridge and microwave .
Staff was very helpful and friendly. There is a small pool there. Free water filling stations on every floor. Close to the bus stop and various shops . Walking distance from the beach and Malacon.
Can’t flush toilet paper. Sometimes got noisy at night .

Location of the hotel was great ! Close to the beach, restaurants small walk to town center , loved the decorations of the hotel with plants EVERYWHERE
What I didn’t like was the smell of the room, as soon as you open the door it hits you , maybe sewage or just bad humidity. We sprayed the rooms and disinfected the room but it did not work.
Only the bedroom had AC so area with fridge and sitting table had no AC.
Also cleanliness of the room was poor
Recommend for short stay or if you’re out all day and need a place to lay your head.
We enjoyed the extra large space and being close to the pool. We enjoyed the neighbourhood. The staff was very friendly.
I had a great time. The place and stay was amazing. Staffs are great and friendly, especially Mr. Ivan. It's also clean and worth the price, my room was spacious, it has a different bedroom and living room with small kitchen. So convenient! Loved also my breakfast. And I enjoyed the pool.
This was my second time staying there. Had the same room/studio as before. A great deal for the price. The staff has always been kind, helpful, and courteous. If there are any negatives it's the street noise. However, that may not be an issue if you have an interior room.
