Découverte incroyable au cœur de Mexico
Pros:

L emplacement est top dans le quartier Roma , la maison et la décoration des chambres sont magnifiques , literie très confortable , , ils servent plutôt une collation en guise de petit déjeuner , qui est excellente , simple mais efficace , une boisson chaude , une madeleine ou autre et une coupe de fruits frais , granola et fromage blanc , 3 jolies boutiques au Rez de chaussée et le restaurant attenant ARDA , est une réelle découverte ! Nous y avons dîné les deux soirs car nous avions envie de tout goûté sur leur carte , personnel professionnel et tre gentil , nous reviendrons !!!

De ne pas y être resté plus longtemps !!!

Couldn’t recommend the property more. Amazing communication with the team, comfortable room, great location and lovely staff. Loved the coffee station in the hallway and easy to top up water etc. Loved it all.

Dreamy Boutique Hotel - Unforgettable
Pros:

This property is STUNNING. Phenomenal location near top-notch park and really, really good restaurants. Unforgettably gorgeous room. Plenty of storage. Ride share easy to and from hotel. Coffee was delicious. Unlimited filtered water, coffee and tea available 24 hours a day was really convenient. They bright breakfast to our room for free. Very simple, just yogurt, fruit and coffee, juice or tea, but it was delicious! 24-hour security and service folks were helpful and made us feel safe.

Cons:

Minor things. The restaurant below is noisy but they provided earplugs, so I had no trouble sleeping. The transport to and from the hotel offered was the same quality as an Uber but 4x as expensive. Next time, I'll just book my own. The floors are really squeaky due to the age of the building, I'm guessing. To me, it was worth it, but it might not be a good place for light sleepers.

Pros:

De locatie was perfect, de wijk zelf was erg leuk om in rond te lopen met een grote keuze aan restaurants en cafe's. De Ubers waren prima en talrijk, best mogelijke vervoer naar andere delen van de stad. Het pand zelf was ook prachtig , een soort art deco-museum. De medewerkers waren superaarding en behulpzaam. Elke dag heerlijk ontbijt bezorgd op de kamer.

Cons:

Als ik echt iets moet noemen: het had iets lichter gekund in de kamer. Maar daar hadden we ook gewoon om kunnen vragen; dan was dit kleine minpuntje ongetwijfeld snel opgelost. Niets viel echt tegen!

Beautiful boutique design hotel, but breakfast option too limited for its price.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique design hotel inside of a mansion with great shops on the ground floor. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast options were extremely limited, and we could not sit inside, which - during winter mornings - was not very comfortable. Also, they want you to use an app to open and close the door, which did not work for us as we did not have an American phone number. Instead, we got one physical key, which is outdated and limited, given that we were two. Sound-wise, the hotel is at a big street, so sleeping with windows open is not recommended.

Incredible stay in CDMX
Pros:

This hotel is one of a kind. The rooms are stunning with all of the amenities you need, and the service is fantastic. The room(s) are unique, decorated in their own way which really makes you feel special. Additionally they allowed us to check out late due to our flight being late which was very kind of them. This hotel is a gem and I would definitely recommend them 10x over.

One of the half-dozen nicest hotels I've ever visited; a perfect place to stay in CDMX
Pros:

Easier to say what we didn't like - nothing! Gorgeous rooms, comfortable king bed, excellent bathroom and shower, quiet location, convenient location, beautiful small boutiques on main floor, art exhibition in the downstairs, incredible restaurant on the property, excellent breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and capuccino provided (with alternatives), staff - very professional, kind, attentive (woke every morning to a message asking how we had slept and whether there was anything they could do for us that day)... the list goes on and on. Absolutely top class people and property.

Nothing! Please don't change anything!
