We spent one night here and it exceeded our expectations! Spacious room with plunge pool on roof. Beautiful property and the beach was clean and calm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room AC was very cold, no problems there. Beds were a little hard and I prefer firm mattress. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, spas and a mini mart directly across the street. Not a luxury hotel but a perfect boutique hotel for a few nights.

Very chill place with great service. Good AC in the room, no bugs in the room, quiet area but close to great restaurants, both north and south of here. Loved the ease of renting a scooter for 3 days.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had our own private rooftop! Breakfast was also included which was a plus and we were walking distance to restaurants and the night club. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is good , that's it!
The hotel is ok , nothing special to say, but the price/quality is a shame.
We paid around 550 Euros / night , for that amount you can expect some thing .....Our estimation was 100-200 E/night .
We checked around and got confirmation.

We found this hotel last minute and so glad we did! From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and our room was amazing. We had room 3 which was on that second floor with a beautiful cathedral ceiling and deck to enjoy the ocean view. Breakfast was included and plentiful as well.
If we come back to tulum I would book here again for sure

A spacius place with beachfront access, the sunbeds i would recommend getting before noon as most will be gone by then.

The rooms are huge, great AC, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Our patio area had a lovely view of the beach too.
