Beautiful and clean
Style and location and amenities
This is an amazing property! It is class from head to toe. I did love that It was a cashless property, but the iPad controlling the lights and the blinds in the room was very gimmicky. The blinds would close without anybody touching the iPad, which was really weird. I loved the Japanese toilets. The staff was top-notch, super kind, super thoughtful and spoke excellent English.
We didn’t like paying $28 USD for a coffee, $40 USD for a very small, two piece of watermelon and two pieces of cheese salad, a beer is $30USD. The prices for food and drink made me never wanna go back. You’re trapped there you can’t go anywhere else to go get some cheap beer or cheap food and that’s how they get you. A bottle of champagne in Canada (Moet) is $90 - $150 CAD, and never more than $300 at a restaurant. But here they wanted $370 USD… not CAD, USD. That’s about $500 CAD. Sorry the food and drink prices literally ruined my experience.
Worth every penny! The infinity pool views are unmatched and you get access to so many different pools/facilities.
The location is gorgeous!
The best Hotel in Puerto Vallarta.
Room was exceptional, the service was none comparable.
Thank you for an amazing luxury experience.
The restaurants were fantastic.
Their properties are time share based and I/we HATE the bum’s rush as we were unprepared. The listing said nothing about this. They offered a 15% discount if we sat through a breakfast presentation. We accepted just to get rid of them. They should disclose this on their listing. Also, while the room was extremely comfortable, our concierge awesome, patio and plunge pool wonderful, the decor was 1960’s Playboy Mansion hideous. 🤷🏼♀️ The desk clerk said they think it’s chic.
The food was much better than most all-inclusives. The roof top pools were fantastic.
Not much--the hard sell vacation club was aggressive and created a bit of awkwardness with the front desk staff for the remainder of the trip
EVERYTHING! The property was GORGEOUS, the service was impeccable, and the food was the best we have ever had at any hotel we have been to.
The only thing that put us off was the sales pitch to join in their vacation ownership at the very beginning of our stay.
All inclusive food and services at Mousai South and North tower
Services at Garza buildings and Streak house(sister hotels near beach). You can eat there with all inclusive plan but waiters are not as good as Mousa,i pressuring to add tips to your zero restaurant bills every time
Beautiful property overall, gorgeous environment, everything was very luxurious. Our room was terrific; the hammock and jacuzzi on the ocean view balcony were amazing. Best couples massage I’ve ever had at the spa. Most of the restaurants were great, DAO was the standout for us.
Not much we didn’t like. The Japanese restaurant, Hiroshi, was just okay compared with the other restaurants; not terrible but not amazing.
Very scenic views, we stayed in the north building. Food was delicious and room service was very convenient. Staff was very friendly. The ONLY thing we did not care for was the staff trying to "sell" things, although they say it's not selling. Check- in was about 20 minutes longer bc of the promoting of excursions and such, then they wanted us to come to breakfast the next morning for another promoting. What really upset my husband and I was when they called our room the next morning trying to "sell" again. Very tacky for such an upscale place.
Over all acceptable.
El mejor Spa, las habiataciones amplias, limpias
.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Mousai! The whole staff made our stay very enjoyable, especially Alan, Lilith, and Miguel.
Great place for couples
