Pros:

The staff here is wonderful: kind, patient, and friendly. On the downward side it's been a bit slow in responding to a few basic requests, so if you're expecting expensive chain- style service like in the fancy hotels that typically cater to a demanding clientele, don't try this.... There are several upper scale such hotels in Cuernavaca. The street noise is considerable, but then you are in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is safe and very convenient. The price is highly competitive for the city. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. I was here 3 weeks and always felt at home. A couple of the staff speak English well enough to help out. If/ when I return to Cuernavaca I would certainly stay here. It's more like a homestay than a hotel. And in this part of Mexico, that's what you should want.

Pros:

Es un fraude. Cuando llegas te dicen que no saben, que ellos no se dieron de alta en la página. Me dieron una habitación más sencilla de la que reservé y además más cara. No tenía ni ventilador y se escuchan todos los carros qué pasan. Terrible experiencia.
