Pros:

The room was cozy and clean with a fantastic view of the forest and lagoon. All the staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean. Overall it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay here again!

Es un lugar hermoso. El personal es super amable además es un lugar PET friendly. Todo super limpio y cuidado, el brunch es muy rico. Eso sí, reserven directamente en la página del hotel porque por otra aplicación sube el precio más del 50%! A mí me pasó ☹️

Nos gustó el trato de Anita la recepcionista, siempre atenta y amable a nuestras necesidades.
Lo que podría mejorar el hotel es que tienen perritos lo cual es muy agradable pero a veces en el jardín se percibía un olor a pipi del perrito, eso sería lo único a mejorar.

El hotel superó mis expectativas, la parte de la laguna es simplemente preciosa, ver amanecer o atardecer allí ha sido hermoso. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda en todo sentido y limpia. La vista hermosa. Las chicas en todo momento atentas y me auxiliaron en todo. Volvería sin duda alguna. No está en el centro pero tampoco lejos, vale la.pena alejarse un poco por la tranquilidad de ese lugar.

Nos quedamos en la casa y está espectacular , muy amplia y cómoda , incluye una cabaña ! La recámara principal es muy amplia y el baño está de lujo tiene también tina de hidromasaje . La casa cuenta con cocina equipada e utensilios, toda la casa está súper cómoda Las chicas de recepción son muy atentas y amables y el muelle privado está muy a gusto . Recomiendo Boa Boa al mil 😁

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay here. The rooms were very comfortable, and next to the lagoon. Views from the room and the property are amazing. The lagoon is a treasure, and didn't disappoint. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was amazing, and that we had everything we needed.
