Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

1) Los muebles de la habitación así como las cortinas manchados y sucios.
2) La alberca no la tenían en operación y no tuvieron la cortesía de avisar con anticipación.
3) Completo desinterés por el personal de la recepción para solucionar los detalles.

Lindo hospedaje pero requisitos innecesarios
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy limpias y cómodas. Es amplio, ordenado y lindo el lugar. La piscina es grande y perfecta para pasar tiempo con niños. Hay zonas para mascotas.

Cons:

Que los precios extra no están informados en la reserva, como el depósito de 1000 MXN (60 USD) y el precio extra por las mascotas. Realmente considero que el depósito no tiene sentido después de haber pagado lo que cuesta la noche de hospedaje. Además, hay un tiempo de espera extra de 15-20 min para que revisen si todo está en orden y hagan la devolución del depósito.

Great amenities! Pool is great! Has a hot tub. Not too hot though. More like lukewarm.
Pros:

The property has AC and Fans in every room that is quite rare in Mexico!

Cons:

The bed was hard. The hot water only stayed on for a bit.
