Great amenities! Pool is great! Has a hot tub. Not too hot though. More like lukewarm.

The property has AC and Fans in every room that is quite rare in Mexico!

Las instalaciones son agradables pero eviten el servicio de comedor.
Pros:

El servicio del comedor es pésimo, estuvimos 45 minutos esperando en la fila para darnos una mesa y luego casi una hora para que sirvieran el desayuno. Toda la gente estábamos bastante molestos por lo lento del servicio.

Cons:

El servicio de comedor te dicen que es de 8am a 4pm, llegamos a las 3pm a querer comer algo pero a esa hora nos indicaron que sólo podíamos ordenar bebidas, porque la cocina ya estaba cerrada porque tenían que lavar los utensilios.

Las instalaciones muy hermosas

Cons:

El trato en el restaurante solo hay dos personas atendiendo uno de ellos el mayor muy déspota y malumorado. El más joven si es atento pero no se dan abasto para la atención de la gente tardamos más de media hora en pasar y otra igual para q nos atendieran adicional su horario por la tarde termina a las 4 y ya no hay servicio si quieres tomar algo una soda o snack

Pros:

El complejo es muy agradable y con estacionamiento muy cómodo las áreas comunes también son muy bonitas

Cons:

El restaurante muy sencillo y normal nada especial la recamara tenia manchas en el piso por toda la villa si como el sillón de la sala muy sucio y desafortunadamente se escucha todos los camiones de la carretera.
