A great place made better by the incredible staff.
Pros:

La personal/staff fue más allá, increibles, amiables y muy atentivas. Nos ayudaron mucho! Excelente ubicación. Se admiten perros. Un buen espacio y el departamento era muy comodo. Casi perfecto.

Cons:

Solo una almohada fina. La última noche nos mantuvieron despiertos unos borrachos que también empezaron a golpear a nuestra puerta. Falta muchas cosas en la cocina.

My place to stay when in Mexico City!!!!!!! Loved it!
Pros:

The location was perfect for visiting my family, given that there aren't many great hotels in the immediate area. I loved the modern feel of the hotel, the room, and the excellent, well-functioning bathroom. The facilities are fantastic. This will be the place I stay when I am in that are of Mexico city.

Cons:

The elevator could be kept cleaner.

Muy bien pero cosas esenciales mejorables
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien, limpia y espaciosa. Las instalaciones estaban bien, con buen gimnasio y áreas comunes. Hay un filtro para rellenar botellas de agua y un rooftop con parrilla.

Cons:

La gestión de las toallas y el servicio de limpieza es muy mejorable. A mi llegada al hotel no tenía toallas en el baño, ni una, lo cual me parece inaceptable. No me dieron etiqueta para señalizar cuando quería que hicieran o no la habitación hasta el último día, por lo que a diario me llamaban a la puerta para ofrecer.

Pros:

This place was excellent. Nice modern spacious studio, with kitchen and big balcony. Clean, safe, quiet, very helpful and nice staff. I enjoyed being there for 4 nights.

Clean, comfortable bed, big gym , very quiet place in a good area, with a caffe downstairs near reception.

The service was excelent and the location was perfect for my quick visit to the city. I loved he modern finishes and how clean everything was

Cons:

You could hear everything! from the city sounds to the neighbors screaming at each other ...if you are a light sleeper maybe this is not the best place for you.

La habitación tiene TV sin cable y si quieres verla debes de poner tus cuentas de las plataformas.

Great common areas and breakfast set up with super helpful staff.
Pros:

Loved the gym and common areas, particularly if you are travelling with a group of friends. The rooms were large and spacious. Loved that they had an option for breakfast with the coffee shop next door.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. The sink and showers were dirty and there were hairs everywhere.

cuenta con un Coworking del cual puedes diponer. Ademas de las amenidades con las que cuenta el hotel. La decoración interior del hotel tambien resalta. Y lo mejor, su personal, sumamente atentos.

Too hot!
Pros:

The rooms do not have any air conditioning, and if you're staying in Mexico City when it's going to be hot, this is definitely NOT the place to stay as it will be too hot to get a good night's sleep without any proper air circulation (even with window and balcony door open).

Also while there, we were locked out of our room for about an hour while they had to change the battery on the door lock.

I will say all the front desk people were all very friendly and helpful, and if the room temperature was not so uncomfortable, this would have received a much higher review as the location was great and the people were friendly.
