Great hotel at a great location in the LES. Very unique with the graffiti art and art gallery space
Pros:

There was no coffee machine in the room, but appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastry in the morning. The utility closet for the iron was convenient. Shower was very nice with great water pressure.

Cons:

Nothing stood out, but maybe lotion or q-tips in the bathroom would have been a nice amenity.

Sensational, we’ll be back!
Pros:

We can’t speak highly enough of the hotel! Location is fantastic, with tons of incredible restaurants, bars and shops nearby on the LES / SoHo. Easy access to Midtown for tourist bits and Brooklyn / Williamsburg too. Hotel staff are all so friendly and welcoming, rooms are great (bed is so comfy!) and not bad size for NY - we had an untitled king. Rooftop bar is great and the free coffee and pastry each morning is a real treat too. Utilities cupboards are a nice addition with steamers, water taps, microwaves etc. Would highly recommend this gorgeous spot.

Cons:

A few more amenities in room for tea / coffee making but utility cupboard and free coffee and pastry makes up for this easily, and great to have a fridge in the room too

Amazing. I would stay again and highly recommend.
Pros:

I loved having the free latte and pastry in the lobby bar/cafe. Both exceptionally good and the staff was super friendly.

Cons:

Room could have been a tad bit cleaner (there were a few hairs here an md there in the bathroom) but overall it was good.

Ottima struttura decorata con meravigliosi murales. In ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana da cui si possono raggiungere comodamente tutte le attrazioni principali. Zona tranquilla e personale gentile e super disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Bom custo benefício perto do metrô
Pros:

Hotel bonito, quarto bonito, apesar de pequeno, localização próxima do metrô e da Little Italy, comida do café era boa, apesar de ter poucas opções inclusas (1 bebida e 1 pastry por pessoa), preço bom para Manhattan. Funcionarios simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Na última noite o alarme de incêndio disparou às 2h da manhã, dando um baita susto e nos forçando a nos vestir e descer 7 andares de escada, para descobrir que tinha sido um curto circuito causado pela neve derretida. Subimos de volta os 7 andares, e o alarme disparou novamente às 3h, mas desta vez já não descemos pois os bombeiros tinham avisado que talvez ocorresse novamente.
O beco que chega ao hotel não é muito auspicioso, mas não tivemos nenhum problema real de segurança. Poucas opções de café da manhã inclusas, e começa só às 7h.

Wonderful stay and super comfortable- loved the staff and how cool and hip the place was.
