Small but well equipped room in amazing neighborhood
Pros:

I love the lobby area and location of this hotel. The staff at the cafe are always friendly and great to interact with. The lower east side is my favorite area in Manhattan, and despite being a resident in NYC, I often come here for a staycation just to be in the neighborhood. The rooms themselves are small even for NYC standards but they do the job and are typically in good shape and well appointed. Check-in and check-out is done digitally and you don’t even need to interact with anyone which is a plus for me. Rooms are also typically ready earlier than noted. You also get a pastry and drink from the cafe each morning and both are solid.

Cons:

The price to performance isn’t the greatest and there are definitely better values out there if location is less important to you. The rooms are on the smaller side and I definitely recommend staying in an upgraded room if you are not traveling alone. There is typically at most one staff member on site who is limited in what they can do so do not expect your typical hotel concierge team. This hotel really works for me but I can see this being a bad fit for those in large groups and those who need/like support from staff.

Pros:

This was a great stay in a very convenient location. The entire hotel was clean, the continental breakfast was very good, and the staff was great. We even had a drink at the 11th floor bar one evening, and it was a really chill place to hang out and look at the skyline. We'd definitely return!

Topverblijf voor een citytrip New York
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie en heel propere kamers, geen uitgebreide keuze bij ontbijt maar wel heel lekker en vers elke dag. Toplocatie!
