I’d stay here again. Great staff.
Pros:

Great location. Front desk workers make such a difference in giving these reviews. And this hotel has fantastic workers
The room was huge and right next to the pool.

Pésima atención, publicidad falsa, poca empatía con el cliente
Pros:

Me gustó que el alojamiento estuviera muy cerca del parque de diversiones y del mar, pero después de haber hecho una reservación y haber pagado en línea por una suite con vista al mar, cuando llegamos al hotel, nos dicen que ese tipo de suites no existen y que fue un error de Booking a haber anunciado algo que no tienen, por lo que nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones separadas y sin vista al mar, así que arruinaron nuestras vacaciones y nuestra estadía, tuvimos que movernos a otro hotel, cabe resaltar que ya era de noche e íbamos con varios niños, así que fue una muy mala experiencia, la que nos hicieron pasar, no dudo que el hotel sea un buen hotel y sea bonito porque las fotos así lo reflejan, y por esa razón decidimos quedarnos para disfrutarlo, pero lastimosamente no resultó por esa razón. No lo recomendaría porque están dando una información falsa

A pesar de qué el alojamiento y Booking.com tuvieron la responsabilidad por anunciar información falsa sobre el Hotel y hacernos creer que tenían habitaciones con vista al Mar disponibles. El Hotel no hizo nada por ofrecernos algo similar a lo que ya habíamos pagado y reservado en la aplicación y sólo optaron por hacer la cancelación de nuestra reserva, sin importarles la hora, ni la cantidad de gente que íbamos muy poca falta de empatía

The convince was great. Maybe we will try a different room next time.
Pros:

It was close to the boardwalk and the great Mexican restaurant

Cons:

Upstairs occupants had heavy feet or maybe the wall is thin. Noisy all 3 days we were there and late into the night. I didn’t want to complain so I left my TV on to muffle the noise. I usually stay at Dream Inn but wanted to be closer. I’ll have to re think that next time.

Other then not getting coffee everything else was good, staff was nice and friendly

Close to the boardwalk And other stores and restaurants.

Cons:

Only had coffee on day of check in. After that housekeeping did not refill coffee packets or cups

Room had a balcony overlooking pier and boardwalk. Nice shower and bathroom products.

Pros:

I really like the location it can’t be beat for access to the boardwalk and beach access if that’s what you are looking for?!!

Cons:

The downstairs can hear the potter patter of any small residents up above you… even with earplugs… so just be aware! The bathroom was a little sandy, which I suppose that’s to be expected but we skipped the beach so a little more surprising for us… no hot tub, so google review got that wrong (as well as no heated pool) but bad on us for not double checking!! Charges for parking…

Pros:

Paikka oli todella hyvä, lähellä rantaa. Huone oli viihtyisä ja siisti ja hyvin remontoitu. Mielelläni tulen uudestaan.

Cons:

Hotelli ei tarjonnut aamiaista. Paikka on myös sesonkiaikana todella kallis.
