The location was awesome but we won't return
Pros:

The staff was great
Loved the location

Cons:

Manuevering a vehicle when checking in was almost impossible.
Only one way in/out of lower parking garage.
Inability to lock the door to our balcony.
TV only worked on station that shows up when you turn it on. Volume worked fine.
Loud noises from room upstairs after 10pm, most hotels have soundproofing so you don't hear anything, Not at this hotel.
Complimentary water in the lobby would be nice as most people travel with a reusable water bottle.

Cons:

The parking, behind the building parking not wheelchair accessible stairs everywhere, if your not lucky to get the handicap spot and you have to park at the back good luck! You have to walk all around pushing the wheelchair not convenient.

Pros:

Location and view from balcony was great.

Cons:

Matress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The shower had mold around the bottom. They had no luggage cart, had to carry luggage a long distance and had to make two trips.

Pros:

Very clean. Perfect location, right across the street from the beach. Easy walk back to the hotel, especially if you have children. Very accommodating location, lots of restaurants, arcade, boardwalk, beach, etc. Highly recommend.

Perfection
Pros:

Every year, I spend my birthday at this location. I absolutely love it. Perfectly located, gorgeously appointed, warmly welcoming. All of the staff are superstars, but I have to acknowledge Dennis. For three years he has made my stay SUPERB.

10/10 Has it All. Don’t sleep on this gem!
Pros:

Location! Clean, quiet, awesome layout, really cool roof top space. Great coffee shop attached.
All of the staff were so NICE, usually maybe 1 staff is nice but literally everyone here is so kind, courteous, and friendly. Very refreshing experience :)

Ótima localização, quartos reformados.
Pros:

O hotel fica à beira mar, ao lado de restaurantes, lojas e bares. Os quartos estão reformados e são muito confortáveis.

Cons:

A entrada para os quartos fica no fundo do prédio, achei meio estranho. Não servem café da manhã e faltou simpatia do pessoal da recepção.

Coulda been better for the price!
Cons:

Had to go up stairs to get too our floor and room. Parking is tight as well. Lobby closed during late evening.

Pros:

Location was amazing. Room was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just two things. Pillows felt like they were made of soft cardboard. HVAC system needs repair or adjustment- fan was super noisy and rattly. We just left it all off for the night.

I was pretty happy with our stay and I would stay there again.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. You are located right next to the beach and the boardwalk. The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel was attractive and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

Cons:

I do wish breakfast had been offered, or bare minimum coffee and water to fill our water jugs. The first staff member that checked us in was fine, but she was not "friendly." The woman who checked us out was amazing.
