Enjoyable and relaxing stay
Pros:

The property was spacious, clean and in a good location. The concierge was helpful..

Cons:

Could’ve used a toaster and a coffee maker. The cooking attempts were a little sparse.

great stay, can't beat the location and living spaces.
Pros:

the location was convenient. steps away from most anything you need. very spacious apartment with comfortable bedrooms.

Cons:

no opera from outlets in kitchen so no microwave. called multiple times about that and lack of coffee pot. electric t pot didn't work.
noise from pets and veterinary office below.

Excellent choice to explore beautiful Mexico City
Pros:

The location of this apartment was in a perfect location to explore Parque Mexico and so many fantastic museums! The Condesa neighborhood is charming. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and a bonus to have two bathrooms and a washer and dryer. Although I felt very safe in this neighborhood, the added security of this apartment was appreciated. The caretaker Javier was always very kind, respectful, friendly and helpful. There is some noise from the street but ear plugs were provided (of course I always bring my own no matter where I go but this is a CITY FRIENDS so I don’t understand reviews that complain about noise!) The noise from others within the apartment building was nonexistent (eg quiet guests). Loved the cozy blanket for cool mornings on the balcony, the extra hot water for showers and the tea kettle and microwave. Also the communication was superb! As was the driver Alan who provided the transportation service from the airport.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything! This has nothing to do with the apartment but highly recommend using UBER rather than any taxi on the street (we learned from experience).

The location in Condesa is wonderful; the big apartment was ver well equipped; Javier was a great help

La dimension de l'appartement, sa situation géographique, les multiples bars et restaurants à proximité. Une vraie salle à manger, la qualité de la literie, et le coin laverie très pratique.

Cons:

Quelques détails à améliorer dans l'appartement : kits de cuisine, taille des poubelles, les ustensiles de cuisine. Eau chaude parfois manquante pendant 5 minutes. Pas de service dans l'appartement pendant le séjour.

Lovely Mexico City apartment
Pros:

Great location, large apartment, comfortable beds. 3 people and 3 bathrooms, excellent. Master even had a walk-in closet!

Cons:

Could have been a little cleaner, and the master shower had some tile issues

Muy buen apartamento, cercano al centro y zonas turísticas. Seguro y agradable.
Pros:

Lugar muy amplio.
Bien distribuido en 2 pisos.
Agradable y bien iluminado.
Seguro, con buen acceso controlado.
Muy buena ubicación, con restaurantes, cafés y tiendas cercanas.
La persona que te recibe es muy atento.

Cons:

Para el departamento de alta calidad es de extrañar que no cuente con una buena cafetera (solo disponían de una de café francés).
Falta uno o dos calentadores (uno en cada recámara sería ideal).
Creo que incluir tés y café (como lo hacen la mayoría de hoteles de 3 o más estrellas) no le impactaría en costos y sería una buena cortesía para los huéspedes.

Grundsaetzlich gute Wohnung an bester Lage

Die Wohnung war grundsaetzlich in Ordnung. Der Online-Service mit Peru....war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Auf der Fahrt nach Mexico City haben wir erfahren, dass die urspruenglich gebuchte Unterkunft scheins aufgrund von Wassereintritt nicht zur Verfuerung steht. Die Alternative war diese die wir dann eben 2 Tage bewohnt haben. Diese hatte jedoch nur ein Badezimmer (wir waren auf zwei angewiesen). Nicht gut war, dass die Wasserabfluesse im Bad offensichtlich nicht kontrolliert worden sind. Wir mussten selbst dafuer sorgen, dass das Wasser eben abfloss. Und warmes Wasser hatten wir auch erst nach Intervention.

No place can be perfect, but I doubt a high-turnover short rental situation could be much better.
Pros:

I'm a new traveler, so I can't compare much, but the few problems were minor and the management was communicative and attentive.

Cons:

Minor details were things like a stove fan that didn't -- and couldn't -- work. Some doors that had to be adjusted in order close properly. Or a shelf placed in a situation where you could hardly get up from the table without banging into it. These are things that a homeowner can address, but I wouldn't know how much attention to such details a growing firm with hundreds of properties can give.

All in all, from this inexperienced traveler, I was happy with what I got.
