Las habitaciones tiene mucha humedad y eso no es saludable estar respirandolo incluso, cuando llegamos el asiento del el inodoro tenía muchos hongos y pedimos que si podían limpiar el WC, pero olía mucho a humedad, una fuga pequeña de agua en el muro y pedimos cambio de habitación

Das Schechteste was ich in meinen Rrisen gesehen habe. dresse stimmt nicht, Beschrribung stimmt nicht, es wird kein Telefon beantwortet. Zimmer nass, grau und dreckig. Viele Defekte, dunkel. Da wird man krank. Sollte von der Gesundheitsbehörde geschlossen werden! Haben 3 Stunden versucht mit Hotels.com zu kommuniziere, nicht möglich keine Hilfe. Wir haben die Rezepionistin gebeten 1h zu warten und es uns zu überlegen o wir einchecken, als wir zurpck kamen war alles geschlossen. Bezahlt haben wir für 4 Nächte ohne dort zu wohnen. Hotels.com hat kein Gehör. Wir mussen zu Fuss ein anderes Hotel suchen. Actung nicht und nie hier buchen!!!!!

Definitivamente no recomiendo este hotel o Airbnb, hay más económicos que huelen bien y están más cómodos.
Colchas y almohadas huelen mal, no servía el clima. X mala experiencia.

Todo muy bien, es muy accesible y nuestro cuarto muy espacioso, lo único que nos molestó fue que si el avión en el que vas se retrasa y no llegas antes de las 12 de la noche, pues vas a dormir afuera porque a esa hora cierran recepción (y la abren hasta las 2 de la tarde del día siguiente), NUNCA contestaron el whatsapp del número que aparece aquí y bos quedamos una semana completa, de la cual solo limpiaron nuestro cuarto una sola vez. Todo lo demás está muy bien, esta centrico, cerca de muchos restaurantes y lugares para beber, tiene para guardar bicis y está muy económico, además que cuenta com aire acondicionado e internet.

Lo unico malo es que la que atiende no queria respetar mi reservación, y me mintio diciendo que no habia habitacion.
Y me quede y llame para quejarme en la plataforma y se soluciono y resulta que aparecieron 2 habitaciones disponibles.

Don’t stay here unless you are absolutely broke
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting place. It smelled so bad of mould. I’ve felt sick since I stayed there 1 night. In their defence it looked like they had washed the sheets, but they were still gross. I did manage to sleep and haven’t noticed any bites since so it could be worse, but seemed externally overpriced to me.

Pros:

I stayed at two other boutique hotels while in Tulum and they were wonderful. This was not a boutique hotel. The wall in my room was badly water damaged and the room smelled so bad of mildew I had to use two cans of lysol to be able to tolerate it. I left four days early (even though I paid for those days) because I couldn't take it anymore.
