The location of this hotel was perfect. It was just down thee street from the cathedral and craft vendors. Don't forget, breakfast is included!

No tiene estacionamiento. Para descargar las maletas tenemos que hacerlo en la calle y los carros pasan cerca yo tuve un accidente con una motocicleta que estaba estacionada muy cerca y se raspó mi vehículo.
Durante nuestra estancia estuvieron construyendo y los golpes se escuchaban desde muy temprano.
Dice pet friendly pero no tiene área para mascotas.

El tema del que no tienen estacionamiento dificulta un poco la experiencia.

Un hotel muy bonito y muy cómodo. Todos muy amables y muy atentos, super sociables y te dan buena información de qué lugares visitar, dónde comer, así como de tradiciones y celebraciones oaxaqueñas. Muy tranquilo. 10/10

Great staff, friendly, polite and professional! With the inconvenient experience of water pump fixture happening 1 morning and had no water in room. Overall and without that inconvenience excelente experience.

It’s a little loud but what do you expect center of town. The breakfast was the worst, including the service. However the front desk / room service was good and very accommodating. Great location! A concern was that The pricing didn’t match expedias total. Over 100$ more than…

Gran hotel céntrico para poder caminar con facilidad. Me hubiera gustado que me pusieran más atención a la limpieza, las sábanas tenían la misma manchita de rímel desde el día 1 que llegamos (nos quedamos 3

The staff was very friendly. If you're just staying downtown, everything is within walking distance. The rooms were super clean, and even when we didn't leave the sign out for room service, they would still go and throw the trash out, at least, and do little things like that.

Very nice staff. Hot water for showers usually took 20 to 30 minutes of running water to achieve enough warmth to take a shower. Internet was intermittent.
Location was good. Staff was friendly.

The interior of the hotel was new construction with random stairs everywhere in the historic center of town . All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However the room itself was very small and noisy. All of the rooms only open into the common areas. If anyone speaks even softly outside the room, the sound reverberates throughout the hotel. It literally takes 10 minutes of running the shower before the water would turn hot.

Great location. Helpful staff. Lots of loud music most evenings--from the bar next door. Ear plugs were provided.
