Den Jacuzzi haben wir nicht benutzt.
Zimmer an der Straße, somit laut durch Straßenlärm und unglaublich lautes Hundegebell........ alles vor allem nachts :(

La cuisine est très mal équipée , la vaisselle est en plastique, le réfrigérateur est très bruyant , il n’y avait de bouteilles d’eau …
Le jacuzzi sentait très fort et faisait de la mousse comme dans un bain
Le manager n’a aucun sens du commerce …
Les chambres du rez de chaussée sont bruyantes car elles donnent directement dans le hall de l’hôtel

Everything about the property and our apartment during our two-night stay was wonderful. Dorita, housekeeper, welcomed us upon our arrival. Our apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. The location is great - near the Malecón but slightly outside the main hub so more tranquil setting. Everything was within walking distance. The reserved parking was great. We also got a great rate for our stay. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
They do not accommodate late check out after 11:00AM check out time. As far as we could tell we were the only guests there (didn’t see any other cars parked or guests in 8 apt building) and were told we’d need to book another night to check out later. We were going to go fishing in the morning but we ended up having to cancel since my husband got food poisoning.

Clean, good location near the water, easy parking.
The outside security light lit up my room, making sleep difficult. A simple blind over the window would have been enough to darken the room for good sleep.

It was very new and super clean. They let us check in before the time since the room was ready and we were coming from Cabo San Lucas and got to La Paz early. It has a hot tub on the rooftop which was a great surprise since one of the days we were there was cloudy and kinda cold. The bed was big. The TV was great. It was very spacious. Cleaning personnel were super nice. Kitchen has a juicer so we made fresh orange juice every morning, which was a nice touch. There is a supermarket super close. There is a hairdryer which is always nice.
Location is a bit far from downtown, prepare to walk about 20-30 min one way. Space is a little empty which makes the space eco. Kitchen is lacking some things that will make it more comfortable like kitchen paper but overall has the necessary kitchenware to cook easy meals. The place is a little noisy, there was a dog they kept barking all night and made it difficult to sleep. There was not a proper couch to relax which we missed at times. It would be nice if they offer a beach umbrella for free, it would make your stay more comfortable. But mostly all of of these apart from the noise and that dog that was barking non-stop, are small things. Overall the place is very good and the price matches the value. We would recommend it.
Nicely renovated, pretty spacious units, they are more like small one-bed apartments.
The insulation is not great. We got woken up two days in a row from employees. Staff was understanding when we told to quiet down, that’s why I didn’t lower my rating.
Please note: You can hear everything from chit chatting from the hallway, try to be quiet.
