Beautiful Property, Service was lacking
Pros:

The architecture is stunning, the juxtaposition of the old factory housing a very chic spa, pool and really beautifully styled rooms is very interesting. I love how the property is also a community space; the vibe was creative and chic. You can feel the history in every detail. The bedroom was pristine and the beds and sheets were very high quality. A friend and I shared the room with 2 double beds and it was perfect for us. We shared some nice meals in the Taverna and had a great pizza in the beer garden.

Cons:

For the price, the service was really lacking, and I left slightly disappointed because of this. I had been recommended to stay by a friend who told me about being welcomed with beers, being walked to the room and being greeted by a very friendly team throughout their stay, but that was not our experience, unfortunately. Considering it is a luxury hotel, you usually expect people to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, but that didn't happen. We almost felt like we were bothering the team each time we approached the reception. For example, we arrived early and were informed our room was not ready; they mentioned they would WhatsApp me, which would have been appreciated, but I did not hear from them. When we checked back in at the check-in time to see if our room was ready, they came across as annoyed, and we were given the room key without much explanation of the extensive property, despite informing her it was our first time. On another occasion, we were mistaken for beer garden guests and asked to leave the hotel lobby area. When we mentioned we were guests, the security guard allowed us to stay while we awaited our Uber, but it felt uncomfortable. This was the same night we tried to eat in the beer garden but it had closed early at 7pm, we were not informed of this when we checked in, so we had planned our afternoon around going there for the evening. It is these little things that really help the flow and enjoyment of a stay and are so easy for the team to deliver that it is disspointing that the service didnt match up to the beautiful property.

Pros:

El hotel es impresionante, tiene muchas cosas para pasar un fin de semana ahí entero con actividades.

Cons:

El cobrar a los huéspedes por usar el spa se me hace totalmente fuera de lugar porque estás pagando una habitación que no es nada barata.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones muy acogedoras y amplias.
Los restaurantes ofrecen diversos menús deliciosos pero lo mejor es la cerveza.
Regresaría mil veces.

Un escape al pasado en esta ajetreada época moderna
Pros:

Me gusta el diseño, lo vintage. El SPA con sus masajes de lujo y el circuito húmedo te deja renovado para empezar con la vida del lunes. La comida y cervezas de Cervecería Hércules el mejor, el desayuno en la taberna. Las batas del baño y del SPA. El árbol que esta "adentro" de la habitación. Las copas para el agua. El concierge de que nos recibió en la noche super amable y atento.

Cons:

La luz blanca de las mesitas de noche, las almohadas de una de las camas tenia un olor no muy agradable. La actitud del congierge de la mañana no fue muy amable.
