If very good place

It’s not a hotel as listed it’s an apartment in a apartment complex. The person on site was very helpful and friendly. However, the apartment is not very clean (specifically the restroom).

Apartamento amplio, edificio nuevo,muy bien ubicado, excelentes amenidades.
Limpieza del apartamento mediocre, se tiene que realizar una limpieza profunda ya que hay muchas areas con polvo o suciedad que notan una limpieza somera y no a detalle.

Nuestro apartamento es hermoso! Una agradae sorpresa!

Una estancia muy placentera

It is a fantastic condo. It’s in a good location but you have to walk about15 mins. Or take an uber to the restaurants.
There is no coffee maker and the spices in the kitchen were only salt and pepper.
I had no contact with any person but they attended my needs (batteries for the remote xontrol$ overall pretty good

In case it is not obvious, this is not a hotel, it's an apartment. But a very nice one.

Location was perfect. We had everything we wanted within minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping. etc.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The terrace is enjoyable. the view and sunsets are beautiful.

The kitchen is what you expect from an AirBnB. The beds were comfortable. Nicer than most midrange hotels.

The not so good:
There is no 'service' but that's how some people prefer to travel. No front desk, no room service. You get the keys from the security booth at the entrance of the building. There is no contact information. The form to contact the owner says response will be in a few days.
We traveled in May. It was crazy hot. The windows are not polarized, the apartment was an oven. The AC was pretty useless in the afternoon. I sent a note via the form. The next day a very nice man showed up and brought some fans and an evaporative cooler which made it much nicer. If you travel whenever temp is moderate you should have no problems

I like the facilities, the play and swimming pool area. There were There were some faults in the bathroom extractors and some cleanning issues but But nothing too serious. The construction issue looks a bit ugly, but it's understandable.

lugar en construccion, por lo cual el acceso a los sotanos de estacionamiento es complicado. por otro lado a nuestro arribo no habia recepcionista, y fue complicado para el guardia apoyarnos.

el ruido de los vehiculos se escuchaba al interior de la habitacion lo cual era molesto a media noche, a pesar de estar en el noveno piso.

las condiciones del departamento eran en su mayoria buenas pero a pesar de que se ve un edificio nuevo ya tenia muchos danos en paredes y techos y las regaderas llenas de sarro, los plafones ya con pintura descascarada. LA VERDAD EL PRECIO QUE PAGUE NO COMPENSA LA CALIDAD DEL DEPARTAMENTO

LO PEOR FUE UNA PLAGA DE HORMIGAS EN LOS BANOS, EN UNA HABITACION POR ESE COSTO Y LO QUE MENOS ESPERAS ES TENER UNA PLAGA.

POR OTRO LADO DE LOS 5 DIAS QUE ESTUVIMOS 2 DIAS LA ALBERCA ESTUVO FUERA DE SERVICIO. EL GIMNASIO TIENE APARATOS YA CON DANOS.

LA VERDAD FUE DECEPCIONANTE. ENCONTRARAS MEJORES LUGAS POR ESE COSTO.

Muy bonito el condominio lastima que el aire acondicionado de la sala no servia y nos tuvieron que poner ventiladores pero no era lo mismo

Falta indicaciones a la de llegar… el estado de los baños podría ser muuucho mejor…

Las condiciones generales de la propiedad son terribles, las regaderas sin presión y con poca agua caliente.

Paredes sucias y manchadas.

El AC, de muy poca efectividad, calor permanente en el departamento.

Bonito y espacioso. Se veía descuidado que el edredón de una de las recámaras estuviera rayado, cabe aclarar que estaba limpio. Pero la mancha da mal aspecto.
Dos de los baños tienen sus tapaderas movibles, es decir sueltas de uno de los tornillos.
Me gustó que tuviera un Smart Oxxo.
