Las habitaciones que nos dieron o tienen ventana, la limpieza es deficiente y me cobraron el desayuno cuando estaba incluido en la tarifa que pague. El café muy malo.

Primero en la página te ofrecen desayuno y luego te salen con que el desayuno solo es para dos personas y no las 4 personas y el desayuno es sólo fruta. Yo creo deberían epicar bien los detalles. No tiene estacionamiento. Sólo funciona después de las 9 de la noche y te dicen hay que sacar el carro temprano. Se supone que vas para descansar y resulta que tienes que estár pendiente para éso. No es recomendable hospedarse ahí

Pros:

Comfy bed and clean room. We could park the car on site (but had to move it at 7.00am, a bit earlier than we would have liked)

Cons:

No hot water in our room. Had to ask to take a shower in another room. The air-conditioning does not work at all well and is very noisy. In fact the hotel is very noisy, especially in the morning and most of that noise is coming from the staff. The 'included' breakfast is pitiful. Too expensive for what you get.

Pros:

Very nice owners who helped us in many ways including personally driving us to the bus station when our taxi did not arrive on time to make sure we did not miss our bus to San Cristobal.
