ULIV Roma Norte

The staff was nice and check in was easy. Staff communicated the entire stay and security was accommodating. The neighborhood felt safe and it was walkable with restaurants and cafes nearby. Although the room seemed clean, I sneezed the entire time I was there. I also didn’t sleep well during my stay. Lastly the room I stayed in was on the top floor and there was no elevator. When other guests would smoke it would come in my room. And when I brought it up to staff they minimized my concern. I would stay there again, but would request a bigger room.

Room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff at front desk were all friendly and helpful. The Roma Norte neighbourhood is great for walking around and very safe—more low key urban residential feel with lots of cafes and some great bars.

Good location walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. Clean property, however feel the 1 complimentary cleaning should have been provided at the midpoint of the stay and not towards the end. Friendly staff but did not speak English ( except for one) which was very disappointing. If you have a concierge, communication in critical. Basic kitchen which we did not use except for the fridge. No kettle used Microwave to heat water. No elevator therefore not able to access terrace.

The hotel itself it's beautiful, more of a apartment feel than hotel and that was amazing, felt like home !

The security guard was really helpful. Even with the language barrier, their customer service was good. Room was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with a microwave, fridge, and a stove. There are also plates, cutleries(spoons, knives, and forks).If you want to cook there are some supermarkets around the area that's walking distance. Lots of good restaurants to eat at that is also walkable.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones super limpias, hay seguridad 24/7 lo cual es un plus, además de que el staff es super amable y servicial, me ayudaron a subir y bajar mis maletas a mi habitación. 100% recomendado.

Friendly staff, great location, and nice little space with everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Just a quick overnight stay, but I’d recommend it and would stay here again.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my room. I was a little concerned that the smallest room option was going to feel like a closet. It did not give me that impression whatsoever! The size was just right and was beautifully decorated and well conditioned.

Great place, I’ve stayed in other ULIV properties around Mexico City. This location makes it a fight for first place

We had a great stay at ULIV Roma Norte. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The location was great and had a lot of stuff nearby. Very affordable too!

The staff was really nice! I lost a sock doing laundry and they were able to find it for me. I really appreciate that they went the extra mile.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming. For our room being right by the street the noise outside was not noticeable. The walking distance to everything around was also helpful since most stops we wanted to visit was a walking distance from the hotel. I would go back if I plan to travel back to Mexico City.

We will definitely be back. Our room was the perfect amount of space. Everything was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and the air conditioning worked great. No words can express the amount of gratitude we have for the entire staff. They immediately made us feel welcome. A special thank you to Ingrid and Fernanda for giving us great suggestions on food, local markets and tours. They even helped us purchase our tickets for Casa Frida. Thanks again.

Pretty good

Overall it was a nice hotel and I really liked the neighborhood it was in. However, we were on the first floor and it was very loud. There was a street light that came in through the window at night, and the blinds did not cover it - so it was hard to sleep. The people who work at the hotel were extremely nice and helpful. However, one day into my stay I receive a text message that the gym was closed for two weeks for maintenance. The gym was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and given that they knew it would be closed, I was very angry that I was not told this in advance. I replied to the text but didn't get a response. I thought this was irresponsible of the hotel and really wish I had been told this in advance.
