Cobro excesivo en mi reserva
Pros:

Todo se debe a un cobro en exceso que me hicieron en cada una de mis reservas y de las cuales el hotel no se responsabiliza y no es lo que mostraba en la aplicación así que me cobraron un hotel de 5 estrellas quedándome en uno de 3 estrellas si les pediría que revisen cobro que me hicieron de huésped adicional que no aplicaba ya que la reserva era para 2 adultos y 2 menores

Pros:

Room is very small, tv is also small, no safe, bathroom is small, room also noisy since you have to have the window open. Restaurant food good but service is slow, I guess due to kitchen. Paying with a credit card is hit or miss, sometimes it’s not accepted why who knows. No elevator so hauling luggage up 2 floors not good.
