Pros:

The breakfast and rooms were good. I think the hotel is in good condition and the furniture was also very good. The staff in the breakfast area were extremely attentive and friendly. Good coffee and plenty of food to start the day. The gym was also great for a quick and sufficient workout.

Cons:

The only thing I found strange was being asked whether my companion was staying overnight, which would have incurred an additional charge. It was 4 p.m. and I explained that we were just staying in my room for a short while to hang out.

Guter Aufenthalt, sehr zentral. Würden wieder dort übernachten.

Pros:

Novotel Centro Historico is a very nice place. I stay here often due to my business visits to Mexico. Rooms are very comfortable, nice comfy beds, clean, nice simple food, nice coffee... And nice staff. Just to mention, the location is central and can be noisy, but this hotel has double-glass windows (European standard) and that is rare in Mexico.

Cons:

There is nothing about this hotel that was annoying to me.

Great location, great hotel, great room!
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location within easy walking distance of many sights and museums, as well as convenience stores, restaurants, etc. There was filtered water in the lobby so I could easily fill up my bottle when I came in and left. The gym was spacious and had a variety of high-tech, well-maintained cardio machines, weights, kettle bells, etc. The room was also spacious and had a desk with chair and small couch with side table in addition to the bed. Free coffee, tea, and bottles of water were provided in the room, too.

Cons:

Nothing--everything was fabulous!

No considero cumple con lo mínimo de detalles en la instalación del cuarto, con todo el espacio que hay dentro de la regadera, muy mal que no haya un colgador para las toallas cerca., la habitación es muy obscura en general., dar mantenimiento a las regaderas es escencial, sale el agua por todos lados, se sale el agua del cancel, tuve que poner la toalla para secarme las manos, etc etc
