Pros:

El personal fue amable, la comida era buena y se adapta a la dieta de cualquiera que este en el hotel ya sea nacional o extrangero, cómodas habitaciones, limpieza excepcional y cerca de todo.

Cons:

Ausencia de comunicacion entre personal del hotel y sus clientes. Tuve quenhacer dos reservaciones tras cancelacion de vuelo. Booking me cobro un no show - segun el hotel lo puede cancelar pero no se hizo nada. Acabo con una estancia muy cara a comparacion del servicio. Espero seguimiento de parte del hotel y de booking.

Местоположение, очень вкусные завтраки.

Cons:

По задумкархитектора, окна не открываются, для проветривание есть сплит система, но она не справляется. В номере постоянно влажно, сыро.

Agradable experiencia, muy cómodo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que están a unas cuadras del Zócalo de la Ciudad, así como la movibilidad porque se encuentra a una distancia muy corta de la línea del metro

Cons:

se pidió de cenar unos tacos, estos estaban un poco salados pero lo compensa con el buffet, estaba delicioso
