Very clean! Friendly and helpful stuff!!! I didn’t like that the roads/streets close to the property are very dusty and there were a lot of noise from construction! But everything else it’s very good!!

People there were so friendly, polite and helpful. in fact whatever we needed they helped us to get it. The room exceded my expectations, it was huge, clean and everything new. Excellent location too.

Muy buena limpieza, atención del concierge buena, lo malo es que no dicen que están haciendo obras en un puente justo enfrente del complejo, por lo tanto hay mucho ruido y polvo, trabajos de obra desde las 7:30 am, supongo que por esa razón la estancia es un poco más barata, deberán tener más control con el acceso d vehículos que entran. El depto en muy buenas condiciones!!! Aire acondicionado, cocina, baño excelente servicio

Excelentes departamentos, muy limpios muy accesibles, el. Personal muy agradable y servicial, solo un detalle con el dish que no funciono durante la estancia, pero en general muy agradable todo, frente a los departamentos esta un soriana y frente chedrahui, hay todo muy cerca

Pool was fabulous. The front desk people were amazing. Apartment had everything we needed.

Enjoyed my stay here. It had everything. Clean and affordable. Only thing I didn’t like was no elevators to the 3rd floor. Be ready to haul your luggage up the stairs.

Pésimo servicio desde la llegada, entregaron nuestra habitación a tiempo, eso fue muy bueno, pero su atención al cliente es pésima salvo por Denisse quien muy amablemente intentó ayudarnos a resolver el problema de la señal en la TV (pero aún así no se logró), nunca fueron a realizar el aseo de la habitación, alberca fuera de servicio sin previo aviso, nunca pudieron arreglar la señal en la TV y se molestaron cuando lo pedimos (Salvo Denisse)

La verdad muy mala experiencia

Las instalaciones son bonitas no lujosas pero por el precio que pague fue bueno
Me gusto que tenian lo basico para poder cosinar
SI QUIERES AHORRAR NO COMPRES EN LA COMERCIAL DE ENFRENTE ES MUY CARO

Good property for the price! Located near shopping, restaurants, about 3-4 blocks from the beach access point. Free parking. Pool is not heated so no-one was using it in early Feb. Room is dated but pleasant and useable. Exterior pathways could benefit from attention. I'd stay here again.

It was a nice big unit, but we booked a unit with a view of the golf course and got a unit with a big concrete retaining wall behind. No view. There was construction noise all day too. The pool was cold and not heated. Lots of seating around it try though to relax. Big grocery store right across the street which was great. The TV only YouTube worked. The lock on the rear patio door was half hanging of the door. It did lock but didn’t give the best sense of security as the property is not fully gated and secure. You can walk in off the sidewalk.

The apartment was clean and the grounds well kept. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The location was walkable as well.

Very nice, clean, and quiet. An excellent option for San Jose Del Cabo

La ubicación es excelente, agradable el entorno, el precio razonable al lugar, las camas suaves, pero falta constancia con la fumigación, encontré diminutas cucarachas.

La ubicación del departamento es muy buena, la vista al campo de golf está súper.
Llegamos por la noche y el registro fue rápido. Entregaron la llave y listo, solo nos comentaron sobre el wifi, la red q agarráramos tal era la contraseña. El internet MUY MALO solo agarra la del 102 y se desconecta. Lo comenté en recepción y que lo iban a checar, fue un técnico, pero no quedó. El mensaje era “conectado sin internet”
No dejaron nada de artículos de limpieza para cocina, no jabón, no trapo. Cuando en la descripción de la unidad dice artículo de limpieza en cocina. Tampoco había una cobija extra, por las noches refrescaba. Fui a recepción y solicité lo de limpieza y cobija, solo me dieron una microfibra para cocina y no tenían cobija entonces fue otra colcha. El 31 de Diciembre 8:30 de la mañana trabajadores haciendo trabajos de mantenimiento en el techo, arrastrando estructuras (estaban instalando calentador solar) imposible descansar.

This was a very affordable place with a ton of space! The apartments suites are quite big, and they’re located on a golf course so it’s gorgeous with ann excellent view of the beach as well. Will be coming back for sure!

Great value

Basic but clean, two bedroom suite was newly renovated. Pool was on the cooler side due to shade, but well maintained. I’d come back in a heartbeat
