Interesting concept of boutique hotel in convenient location. Next door dogs howls and barks from early morning and unable to sleep in. Room is spacious but shower was not designed to function, water overflows to the entire bathroom area and had to ask for extra towels to place on floor each night. Staff were all kind and professional. Clean room. Rooftop individual pool seemed uninviting. One of the restaurant was closed for private event and unable to visit. Overall was good experience.

Great spot best food in La Paz

Mal, es muy malo el servicio, las instalaciones lindas, pero la atención del personal pésimo. Tengan cuidado en que lugar estacionan.

The stay was amazing from the start. Staff was extremely genuine and friendly the entire stay. The hotel decor and architecture was very modern and trendy. The views from Azotea were incredible. The food was bomb and the spicy Mezcal is a must try. Great overall stay and we will be back soon!

Buena atención

This is one of the most beautiful and modern places in La Paz, the architecture is beautiful and very aesthetic

Everything was great! Only thing was that when I got into the small pools they have at the rooftop some of the paint was coming off and it would stay on your skin unless rubbed off.
Food 10/10 Room 10/10 smells great!

The property was aesthetically pleasing and well located. Everything was walking distance, all the restaurants and cafes were delicious in the area. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Estilo del hotel y la ubicación

The location was great! We were just one block away from the malecón! The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable, we had a nice little balcony. I can’t remember who helped us check in but he was great! He allowed us an early check in and was very attentive!
My only but or complain will be the service in the rooftop restaurant, they need either more staff or get better at it, because they took almost 30 minutes for them to go check on us, we also asked for the check multiple times. But the view, drinks and food were good! Just a little pricey!

Cute place albeit not functional. Too much money for what you get. At least breakfast should be included at those prices.

Hotel muito bom, acho que i melhor da cidade, tem dois dos melhores restaurantes de La paz dentro do hotel. Recomendo!

El hotel es lindo pero siento que por su precio pudiera ofrecer un descanso. Despertamos diario a las 4h30 am por el sonido de un gallo vecino. La mayoría de los visitantes son ajenos al hotel por el rooftop. Fuera de eso la ubicación es buena y el personal es amable.

En general todo muy bien, el único detalle es que no hay cafetera en los cuartos, solo nos pusieron una sola toalla la última noche, faltan más toallas de mano y pidieron de manera opcional dar propina a las chicas de limpieza. No se me hizo eso buena idea ya con lo que se paga por la habitación. Todo lo demás excelente

We enjoyed our stay at Pagana. As noted in other reviews the black paint in hallways and stairs along with low lighting is unusual. I took the stairs once and decided never again. The mattress is very firm. I enjoyed the hammock on the balcony along with the views. Both restaurants are fantastic. I would recommend Pagana offer some type of literature or information on hotel services such as how to call for room service, book a reservation at either restaurant or contact the front desk. Thanks
