Cons:

Estacionamiento inseguro, tiene poca capacidad y el domingo 14/03/26 se robaron una camioneta nueva, sin que el hotel se hiciera responsable, la habitación huele a humedad, entran a hacer limpieza sin tu autorización cuando no estás, las habitaciones con vista al mar son muy ruidosas, no hay servicio de desayuno ni restaurante.

El personal es muy amable. El hotel esta frente al mar y muy cercanos a diferentes playas.
El cuarto es adecuado para poder descansar . Definitivamente volveríamos.

Sólo que está junto al mar.

Cons:

Las paredes y sábanas estaban sucias. En la mañana vimos que había pulgas en el baño.
No volvería.
Necesita pintura y arreglos urgentes.

La ubicación es excelente, frente al malecón.

Cuando llegamos, la recepcionista no fué muy amable, al momento de pagar la habitación intenté pagar 2 veces y lo declinó la terminal haciendo alusión a que el problema era mi tarjeta, en la noche cuando regresamos a descansar, mi esposo quiso pagar unas bebidas con su tarjeta (ya estaba otra recepcionista muy amable) le dijo que su terminal tenía fallas desde 2 días antes por lo que le pidió pagar con efectivo, el trato fué muy distinto.

Pros:

Lo único bueno fue la amabilidad del personal, tanto de la joven como de la señora. Muy amables. Por su parte, la ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

En mi puerta 302 había material de construcción. Un colchón estaba sumamente manchado de color amarillo. No llegaba el internet.
