The steep price, it’s way above other properties in the general area close to Guadalajara International Airport, again it is very convenient but very expensive

Very comfy stay at great location!

Very friendly staff really comfy beds and great location!

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower temperature remained unstable for the whole shower quickly going from very cold to very hot.

Pros:

The first time we stayed here, we didn't have the ADA bathroom for my 71-yr old mother. The second time, I asked for it, and the staff accommodated us with an ADA compliant room. Unfortunately, the toilets were too short for her, but we greaty appreciated the hold bar to help her get up from the toilet. I also loved that they had a wheelchair available for us to borrow (with a deposit), which was extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were extra comfy.

Cons:

I didn't like that I had to get a receipt every day to pay for the parking. It would have been helpful to have one (only) for the entire stay. This was time consuming. Also, the towels seemed very old, not Hilton quality.
