Todo muy hermoso, la atención de housekeeping increíble! La alberca limpia siempre y con la temperatura ideal! La comida deliciosa también
La atención de los meseros puede mejorar, el lugar estaba vacío y no estaban pendientes o teníamos que ordenar cada que llamábamos con señales o de plano hablándoles
La exclusividad, la buena decoración, el spa, la comida, la cama y las almohadas
Que la venta que da a la piscina debería no verse tanto de afuera hacia adentro para mayor privacidad y no tener siempre todo cerrado
The people
Very bad internet access in the room and no electric car charger. In a separate mail I can send photos showing good signal with no internet connection.
Una muy grata sorpresa, tenía años no me ofrecían un servicio tan impecable y ameno. Muchas felicidades a todo el equipo. Las instalaciones hermosas y una atención al detalle.
De las peores experiencias de hospedaje que he tenido:
*Nadie nos atendió al llegar al lugar, ni siquiera para ayudarnos con las maletas, estaban más ocupados alistando un evento.
*Todo el personal te atiende como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, principalmente los meseros del restaurante.
*Las camas son incómodas y no hay un sentido claro de limpieza del cuarto, cuando uno lo deja en la mañana no lo asean y cuando uno regresa a descansar quieren realizar el servicio.
*Todo se maneja mediante Whatsapp lo cual es en extremo deficiente dado que nunca lo responden.
*La habitación que elegimos la anuncian como suite con jacuzzi privado y lo que menos tiene uno en dicha amenidad es privacidad, se encuentra separada de la alberca común por medio de unas macetas y ya.
*Había leído en otras reseñas que las habitaciones son inseguras y lo confirmo: el acceso a las mismas es mediante un código asignado por la recepción que consta del mismo número repetido 7 veces.
*Les urge atender a sus amigos o conocidos, tanto así que el último día nos insistieron de forma grosera en dejar la habitación temprano, nunca en la vida había sufrido una grosería así por parte de ningún hotel, ni en México ni en el extranjero.
En fin, el hotel es bonito sí, pero eso es todo lo que tiene que ofrecer.

Un concepto diferente, una experiencia increíble
Es un verdadero hotel boutique. Sus habitaciones están muy bien ambientadas para el descanso. Su contexto es de buen gusto, la música, las áreas comunes, el silencio por las noches; una alberca pequeña pero muy bonita y climatizada, podrías pasar horas allí ya que te atiende el restaurante.
El detalle de preparar la cama antes de dormir y dejarte unos deliciosos chocolates, es una cortesía de muy buen gusto. Arquitectónicamente es un lugar agradable, detalles escultóricos y unas terrazas muy lindas con agradable vista, por último, la chimenea del restaurante cuenta con una sala de estar, para disfrutarla y pasar un buen rato. En fin, linda experiencia. Por supuesto que regresaremos.
The service was excellent, the hotel is modern, and the food and drinks are of very good quality. However, there are two very negative points that overshadow all the good. First, the rooms have digital codes, and with so few rooms, it’s easy for anyone to figure out other guests’ codes, which is a security concern. Second, upon check-out, we were charged because one towel had mud on it. I find this completely unreasonable — I have never been charged anywhere else for leaving a towel dirty. After a hiking trip, we simply used it to clean our shoes so we wouldn’t bring mud into the room. This unexpected charge really ruined an otherwise great experience, which is a shame because the hotel itself is quite good
Es un concepto de hotel Boutique muy bien llevado, todas sus instalaciones son de primer nivel y con una decoración adecuada a Valle, cada detalle muy bien planeado. Excelente sitio vale sin duda el precio de la tarifa, volveria de nuevo sin dudas
El lugar es precioso, con un mantenimiento y limpieza impecable, el restaurant buenisimo y a precios justos y el servicio de todo el personal, extraordinario
