Pros:

Emplacement top, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel absolument adorable, petit déjeuner signé Rosetta (!!!), plein de petites attentions au quotidien qui font que l’on ne se sent pas dans un hôtel mais comme un invité de marque dans une maison de famille

Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, central to a lovely walkable area, great service, exceptional!
Pros:

Breakfast and pastries were from the BEST bakery in the city (downstairs) with an hour wait - but no wait in the dining room for us! Room was beautful! Spacious and clean! All the employees went above and beyond and were just magnificent! Free breakfast and waters and coffees (lattes, etc!) free beer and wine!

Cons:

nothing - everything was lovely!!

les hotes extremement accueillants, qui font tout pour qu'on se sente bien, meme nous préparer un petit déjeuner a 4h du matin! L'endroit est magnifique, idealement situé (juste au dessus de Rosetta), une demeure de charme parfaitement entretenue

Me gusto el desayuno, delicioso pan y muy atentos con el servicio. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera proteina para el desayuno. Pero excelente ubicacion e instalaciones.

Beautiful hotel with great staff
Pros:

The hotel has a very nice design. The room has a lot of natural light and is very curated in its details. The breakfast is very good, and they offer baked goods from Panetteria Rosetta, which saved a lot of time instead of waiting in line. The staff were super nice and friendly. I had food poisoning, and they offered me medicine and checked on my condition.

Cons:

The hotel rooms looked over each other so you need to close the blinds, but not an issue at all.

It was the perfect charming hotel for our mexico city adventure.
Pros:

This hotel was the perfect place for our Mexico City stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful. The staff was outstanding. So kind and attentive. And the location was so central in the heart of it all!

Cons:

Really nothing could have been better however would be nice to have small refrigerators in the rooms for keeping personal snacks and beverages chilled.
