Not very happy.. Overpriced and shitty service.

No staff that knows anything. Just guards. Lots of construction next door, no cleaning unless you stay longer than 7 days. Very small bathroom

Cons:

La salle de bains sentait les égouts - une odeur très forte s’y dégageait. Le personnel a tout fait mais n’arrivait pas à colmater la situation! Quand je me plaignais, n on me répondait que c’etait la ville de Mexico qui sentait très fort des égouts - ce qui est faux!

The staff was really nice and friendly. The Location was super close to restaurants, cafes, and markets, and pharmacies.

We had the close to bottom room. We heard all the parties nearby and people yelling on the street.

Good spot for Roma Norte. Easy access and to find.

Cons:

The smell from the toilet was unreal. Chemical cleaning block hidden in the floor.

The decorative finis wasn’t great. Not great attention to detail when it was previously painted.

Shower was clean but not sparkling. Balcony floor was filthy.

Someone knocked on our door twice in the middle of the night shouting taxi. Was frightening and unexpected.

Pros:

The staff was exceptional and wonderfully helpful.

Cons:

This place is built as cheaply as possible. The patio door didnt close fully and wind was coming in through the unsealable crack on the door. The sheets were paper thin and so were the walls. I was on the ground floor and could hear EVERYTHING happenning in the lobby.

Good location, right in the heart of la Roma.

Cons:

They only clean once per week i was there for 4 days so no one cleaned, which I find a bit strange. Also, had many issues with my access code when I extended my stay with one day. Got locked out of my own place. The staff is friendly but they are doing 24 hour shifts so by rhe end they look like they went to a rave party in Berlin. The gym is OK but the equipment is very cheap and feels like plastic and I hit my head on the water pipes multiple times during my elliptical exercise. Lastly, the peiple behind the counter are just guards. All inquiries go per WhatsApp so if U have issues you have to resolve it through an app.

Great property in a great neighborhood.
Pros:

Great location. Staff at the security desk always very friendly. Cool concept to have a small building of short term rentals vs full hotel.

Cons:

Concierge service is via mobile messaging. Only needed assistance once and my msg went unanswered.

Cons:

There was construction taking place at the entrance. When arrived in Uber, it did not look open for business. There was no sign and did not see an address. The room was cold. A space heater would be nice. Also, the door handle was loose; fell off a few times. The lobby rooms can easily hear all conversations in the reception area. Including employees VERY early in the morning. They do offer ear plugs.
