Pros:

Good location, right in the heart of la Roma.

Cons:

They only clean once per week i was there for 4 days so no one cleaned, which I find a bit strange. Also, had many issues with my access code when I extended my stay with one day. Got locked out of my own place. The staff is friendly but they are doing 24 hour shifts so by rhe end they look like they went to a rave party in Berlin. The gym is OK but the equipment is very cheap and feels like plastic and I hit my head on the water pipes multiple times during my elliptical exercise. Lastly, the peiple behind the counter are just guards. All inquiries go per WhatsApp so if U have issues you have to resolve it through an app.

Great property in a great neighborhood.
Pros:

Great location. Staff at the security desk always very friendly. Cool concept to have a small building of short term rentals vs full hotel.

Cons:

Concierge service is via mobile messaging. Only needed assistance once and my msg went unanswered.

Location is close to Calle Colima and Parque Rio de Janeiro

Cons:

There was construction taking place at the entrance. When arrived in Uber, it did not look open for business. There was no sign and did not see an address. The room was cold. A space heater would be nice. Also, the door handle was loose; fell off a few times. The lobby rooms can easily hear all conversations in the reception area. Including employees VERY early in the morning. They do offer ear plugs.

La ubicación es excelente. El lugar como tal, también está muy lindo y es una habitación cómoda, salvo por el ruido externo que se escucha todo el día.

Cons:

Se escucha todo el ruido externo al departamento. Se escuchan los coches que van pasando, ruido de fiestas/restaurantes cercanos. Y es algo de todo el día. Yo usé tapones para oídos para poder dormir por la noche.

Nice studio apartment in a great central location.
Pros:

Great location in a modern and secure building.
Queries via the WhatsApp support line are responded to promptly. The unit has a small kitchenette which is great for coffee making.

Cons:

The unit is smaller than it appears in the photos especially the bathroom but it serves its purpose.
The aircon didn’t work during our stay.
Since the apartments are not serviced, it’s difficult to clean any of the dishes as there is no basin in the kitchen nor are any cleaning supplies provided.
The receptionist can’t assist with any check in queries nor can they store luggage after check out. So make sure you have internet connectivity to use the WhatsApp support line.
