Very comfortable modern rooms, excellent view, amazing restaurant. There is the heart of Loreto.

I love the hotel. The rooms have every amenity possible and the location is as perfect as you can get.
The church bells are a bit annoying after the first day of them. They go off all day and night. They will wake you up all night. I left the TV on all night.
But overall it's a great place. This was my second time staying here.

A cute little place to explore Loreto from. Close to many good restaurants, most with outdoor dining options. Great staff let us check-in very early and then helped us get a cab to the airport.

We loved our room with the big deck overlooking the street. My one complaint is the consrant bells ringing from the Mission.

This is a great and affordable option and is in the middle of the action in the historic center of Loreto. Basically right across the street from the historic Mission of 1697. Staff were amazing, the place was clean, TV has Roku so you can log into your own Netflix, Apple TV , Prime, etc. The bed was large and very comfortable. The terrace / balcony was spacious and was a nice place to eat breakfast each morning, with the occasional visit from the resident cat. About the only mild complaint I had with the facilities was that the WiFi, although fast, was sometimes a bit flaky. I wouldn't recommend for a working vacation where you need solid access to the internet. Streaming TV was not really affected, though.

That said, this location is not quiet. The music at the restaurant next door (and sometimes in the street) plays until 10 PM; the bells (both real and recorded) from the Mission ring at all hours. Admittedly, I visited during Holy Week, so the bell ringing and street activity may have been increased due to that. Nonetheless, bring earplugs; mine helped me get a good night sleep every night.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We loved this unique stay, so perfect for enjoying the beautiful traditional and historic sights of Loreto, we knew there was no parking so we were not surprised but we found a great spot to park in an ally on the east side of the church. There is a plethora of excellent dining options right out you door on the walking street. The bell didn’t bother us but they did ring maybe 3 times that I remember. In the morning the balcony is such a beautiful experience relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the plaza waking up, with strolling minstrels serenade in the background. There was no live music at the restaurant during our visit but the atmosphere was lovely.

It is located right in front of the 1697 mission church on the walkway. Really convenient. Beware they do not provide maid service as classed as a suite. Maybe every 2 days??
The A/C leaked so had to use towels to mop up the water. Only had 3 towels..do the math!! Restaurant is very expensive. But the location is the best! The view at night was awesome. No parking, had to park one block over.

Great rooms. Property is directly across the street from an active mission what chimes the bells well into the night. There is no parking for guests. All parking is on the street and depending on where, could be a walk. Owner was very hospitable and friendly. Overall, a good value.

The hotel did not have a room for me when I got there at 2:30 PM. We traveled all day to get to Mexico, and were turned away. We were forced to pay $300 for a night at another hotel that had vacancy. SO ANGRY!!!

I loved this hotel. Clean and beautiful and extremely comfortable. It has all the little details. The balcony is the ultimate touch and I loved it.
The only complaint is the noise from the church across the street. Lots of loud music starting early in the morning.

Locations surrounding is safe and very central to everything. I have stayed twice and i enjoy the privacy and cleanliness of the room and space.

We were in #4, very specious . Excellent location. Bedroom had king bed and living room had king couch (not hid a bed) and chair. Huge bath tub! Very helpful if you ask for something. Would stay again.

When I checked in (at restaurant/no front desk) I was quoted a different price than I booked. I showed email with price, and he kept quoting higher price. I soon realized it was only $5 USD more, so I agreed, but that is the first time ever (out of 50 hotels.com reservation this has ever happened). Unfortunately hotel is across from old beautiful church, that rang its bell MORE than once an hour, throughout the night and next morning…restaurant looked nice and they had (good) live music that went late into the night.

Host was very quick to respond and courteous, room was very clean, great shower and nice linens...church bells we beautiful but they do ring at night, best location, easy to walk to everything in Loreto from here
