Don’t let them fool you by the “Condesa” name, it’s is Condesa price with low quality. You’ll find lots of better places around Reforma with this price. If you book here you’ll get a filthy place, then they would say they don’t do cleaning because they “work like Airbnbs” (they clearly don’t know how Airbnbs work). The bathrooms are dirty (especially the showers, they looked like they had never washed the corners and walls) and extremely uncomfortable because of how small they are. The beds are also uncomfortable, they don’t even vacuum the couches, there’s crumbs from old guests. These apartments look a lot nicer in the pictures. Although it is close to the Condesa, the hotel is located on a very busy road and right around the corner it feels sketchy and there are homeless. I travel to Mexico City very often and was disappointed to book this place instead of any other hotel in Reforma. It has potential, but they can do a lot better for the price.

Very friendly, very affordable. Had everything, nice finishes. Beds were pretty comfy

Cons:

The temperature was very hot in the apt in the afternoon and the fans / windows help that much.

Also the rooms had a machinery / dusty smell to them. Like something was overheating and running for a while.

The smell didn’t go away with the windows open. Not sure what it was.

Son apartamentos muy descuidados, en una zona muy ruidosa, las sábanas y toallas en muy mal estado, el mobiliario bastante deteriorado, en fin, no recomendable.

La ubicación es excelente, tiene cerca farmacia y tienda de conveniencia.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el cuarto no estaba tan limpio, los baños no están bonitos, el juego de sábanas estaba chico para el tamaño de la cama y no incluía edredon, el cuarto era sumamente frío, no contaban con calefacción o mini split y el calentón portatil que incluía no daba abasto para calentar la habitación.

nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais dans une grande ville, comme Mexico, je ne pense pas que ce soit la meilleure place
Pros:

Établissement dans un bon quartier

Cons:

l’établissement est très bruyant, nous sommes en bord de route. Nous avons rien dormi pendant les quatre nuits, le personnel était agréable. Il faut bien prendre en charge les nuances sonores.
