Condesa Lofts & Residence Hotel by VH

We stayed at this Airbnb for 7 days. The apartment was spacious and clean, but unfortunately we experienced several issues that made our stay uncomfortable.
Upon arrival, the elevator was out of service, so we had to carry all of our luggage up to the 8th floor. This was especially inconvenient after traveling.
One of the bathrooms had a constant water leak throughout our stay. We reported the issue to the staff multiple times, but it was never resolved.
The property only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. If you needed more, you had to purchase it yourself.
Each room was initially stocked with two clean towels. After the third day, I requested fresh towels for my guests, and the used towels were exchanged. While some of the replacement towels were acceptable, a few had holes, and one was completely unacceptable—it was stained and ripped. When I asked for a clean replacement, I was told there were no clean towels available and that my only options were to keep the stained towel or go without one.
After several minutes of discussing the issue with the front desk employee, I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told the supervisor was unavailable and rarely came in. Instead of providing a proper bath towel, the employee gave me three small hand towels to dry off after showering. This was a very uncomfortable experience, and the stained towel did not appear sanitary. It should have been removed from service long ago.
Overall, the apartment itself was spacious and clean, but the maintenance issues, lack of basic supplies, and poor customer service negatively affected our stay. If you're considering booking this Airbnb, I recommend bringing your own towels and extra toilet paper, and be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs if the elevator is not working.

Que el personal humilla a las personas q reservan por booking e incluso quise reservar por booking y habían baqueano todas las habitaciones, y ahorita ya aparecen oses las liberaron haciendo q yo reservar en otro lugar de esa manera dejando al hotel sin la ganancia de lo que yo iba a reservar por mucho tiempo, ahorita ya aparecen liberadas en las fechas que yo requería, lo que deja claro que querían hacerme reserva a fuerza en recepción y en efectivo cosa q es un abuso tanto para la empresa como para mi como clienta. ADEMAS DE QUE MI PAPA ESTA HOSPITALIZADO Y TUVE Q DEJARLO ALLI POR HORAS PARA MUDARME A OTRO APARTAMENTO DE OTRA EMPRESA.
Y LO PEOR DEJAN ENTRAR TRASVESTIS Y PROSTITUTAS EXTRANJERAS Y SE SUPONES ES AMBIENTE FAMILIAR Y LAS DEJAN TRABAJAR ALLÍ.
QUE MAL SERVICIO!!!

El ruido de la calle

We got into the room and only one roller paper roll, which wasn’t full. Once we ran out. We asked for more - they declined, turns out we had to BUY future roller paper. Cheap to buy, yes, but left a bad impression.

Worse impression, our neighbor was LOUD with a social gathering and the TV up at 2am. Not midnight, not 10:30pm, 2AM. I called and called the front desk, no one picked up. I messaged the front desk via booking.com without much hope. I got dressed and went to knock on the neighbors door. Asked through the door if they could turn it down. They did but I mean it was still loud. 3am comes around - I’m FINALLY able to get a hold of the front desk. They go up and I can hear they are knocking on the door for a while without anyone responding. Finally neighbors respond to the front desk person knocking and maybe 30 min their guests leave and TV gets turned significantly lower. I am finally able to sleep around 3:45am -ish. Would have been nice if front night shift staff had answered the phone at 2:15am when I started calling. I must have called roughly 15times.

Dirty, no towels, not like the description on the site at all.

Very noisy with car and pub noises. Difficult to sleep. Need more blankets and better stocked kitchen.

The bed was horrible, we only had one towel

Everything seems to be super dated and has stains - towels, sofa. It’s very cheap set up. But worth for a budget staying.

Le lit n’était pas confortable il faisait froid le soir dans le logement de plus j’ai oublié une trousse de toilette qui a disparu car le personnel ne la pas retrouvé assez déçu 😕

Bed and pillows are so uncomfortable.
Shower was dirty
Towels so so worn.
Needs to be painted.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana, è stato fornito 1 rotolo di carta igienica, i successivi bisognava pagarli.
Nella prenotazione era inclusa la lavatrice e il microonde che invece non c'erano e la lavanderia era a pagamento e non c'era neanche il sapone.
Quando ha piovuto l'acqua scendeva dalla luce del bagno allagando a terra.

A tető teraszon már a wifi akadozott, és a konyhai felszerelések kicsit kopottak. De összességében minden rendben volt. Biztosan visszamegyünk még oda.

La ubicación es buena y está cerca de todo, pero la experiencia fue muy mala. No hay aire acondicionado y solo había un ventilador para tres habitaciones, por lo que hacía muchísimo calor. Además, si se abren las ventanas, el ruido exterior es insoportable.

La limpieza también fue deficiente: las toallas y la ropa de cama estaban sucias.

Lo peor fue el personal. No había agua caliente y en recepción me dijeron que tenían gas y que el problema no era suyo. Éramos tres personas, pero solo nos dieron dos toallas; cuando pedí una más, respondieron que no tenían porque todas estaban en lavandería. El personal fue muy indiferente y algunos incluso fueron groseros.

La única ventaja es la ubicación, pero el lugar es extremadamente ruidoso. No lo recomiendo.
