Cons:

A smoke alarm on our floor beeped loudly every minute for the entirety of our stay. Despite asking several times if it could be fixed (it probably just needed batteries replacing) nothing was done, and the staff member almost seemed to find it funny/mock when I asked about it. Really don’t understand why such a small issue couldn’t have been solved. Dampened the whole stay.

Pros:

住得很舒服 房間很乾淨和大
如同其他評論所言，住了4晚沒人打掃，不過我沒在房間煮食，垃圾少，所以不太擔心蟲蟲

Cons:

有車聲，我房間在一樓。我覺得可以接受，淺眠者可能注意
熱水有點弱，需要等變熱
Shampoo 開關真的有問題，我見其他評論有提過，我房間全部同設計沐浴用品的「按鈕」卡住按不下去，需要扭開頂端使用
離獨立紀念柱實際要走15分鐘。不過深夜走沒問題，我去參加熱氣球團，4：15am要步行到紀念柱，酒店建議「rio nilo」街一直走到底最安全。（不要經公路）路上街燈足夠，有24小時便利店和仍營業taco店，是安全的，但最好快步走，15分鐘變數大。

最後特別提醒：不建議參加amigo tours ，熱氣球是清晨團人少，導遊謹慎準時，Xochimilco團人超多，直接把我留在集合點把車開走:(...還說我登車no show不能退款，我早半小時就到了一直待在英文隊伍，確認碼都掃了。目前銀行會嘗試使用爭議款

El lugar es céntrico y accesible.
La zona es tranquila y se camina seguro por la noche.
El acceso al hotel y habitaciones es por clave digital y eso me parece muy bien!
Aire acondicionado funciono a la perfección al igual que internet.
Camas comodas, perfecto para una corta estadia!
Alejandro y las chicas de recepción (la chica de la noche muy atenta) super amables y atentos a mis preguntas.

Cons:

Algunos huéspedes hacian mucho ruido por la noche y pues es de tener en cuenta si se viaja con adultos mayores o niños.
El ruido proveniente de la calle puede ser un poco alto pues el hotel esta ubicado en calle principal.

Me gustó mucho este hotel. Las recepcionistas fueron muy amables y atentas durante toda mi estancia. La habitación me encantó: muy cómoda, limpia y equipada con cocina, lo cual fue un gran plus. Sin duda, si vuelvo a viajar a CDMX, me volvería a hospedar aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Pros:

Rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and the staff are super friendly. I appreciated the balcony and elevator, and little things like a yoga mat and iron in the room.

Cons:

It’s located on a major highway (9 lanes of traffic) so there’s substantial road noise.

Minor detail: none of the soap bottle pumps worked 🤷‍♀️

9.5 me encantó y volvería a estar alli cuando se pueda vacacinar

Como nuevo. O nuevo, buena cama, piso. Diseño, buena tv, Internet, excelente a/c , en general edificio y habitación me gustó mucho

Cons:

Cosas muy simples la mesa y el escritorio tenía una pata que necesitaba ajustes ya que se movía. Y la regadera siento que le falta o puerta o cortina ya que se sale un poco el agua.
