Lo único que no me gustó fue que se oye el ruido del cuarto de arriba, pasos etc., así como el de recepción, ya que me dieron la habitación en el mismo piso donde ésta está.

Me quisieron cobrar una toalla al hacer check out que nunca colocaron, al parecer tienen descontrol con ese tema, lo que te hace pasar momentos desagradables, incluso no considerarlo como opción de hospedaje para futuros viajes o recomendaciones.

The hotel was clean overall. The staff are very kind. There is outside seating in the garden. The rooms are spacious. The hot water was plenty in the shower. The location is great; walking distance to downtown. These are the ups.

The downs are:

*The towels are rough so I recommend bringing your own
*The room we stayed in had two twin beds so they're not big enough especially if you sleep with an infant
*The pillows smelled a bit which bothered me
* The beds are very firm. So if you like soft or medium bed, you might be disappointed.
*The Internet is extremely slow. If you watch Netflix you will see the pixels instead of faces.

Cons:

Pésimo wifi en la 103 y al ir por trabajo me trajo problemas, tuve que buscar a alguien que me dejara ir a su casa para trabajar. Les mostre un test de red en el que era evidente. Revise con 3 test diferentes. En rececion era malo pero en el cuarto era imposible. Probe con 3 dispositivos.

Todo bien en cuanto a la habitación, solo que al lado toda la noche se estuvieron escuchando detonaciones de cohetes y desde muy temprano también, tal vez eso no es tema del hotel pero igual y pudieron tal vez hacer algo para que dejara de pasar

Room: small modern room but lacked ventilation and air conditioning. We stayed during a cool weekend, but would not recommend this location during a heat wave. The amenities only included 1 soap and 1 shampoo for 2 people and 2 nights with only 1 roll of toilet paper.

Parking: there are 2 parking spots onsite and you must reserve directly through them to have access to reserve one of their two parking spots. There is metered street parking or a parking lot a block away (15 pesos per hour).

Cleanliness: biggest issue with the room were the towels. They reeked of mold and we had the towels changed, and the “fresh” towels still smelled horrible. They smelled like stinky feet with dark mold spots, and when held in the light, had light pink/orange mold patches. Bring your own towel.
