Pros:

Una de las mejores estadías que e tenido en Guerrero. Desde las instalaciones hasta las hermosas vistas que se pueden apreciar, estoy impresionada.

Pros:

Great view, great floor-plan and great pools. Customer service is very poor however. After check in we sat in yjr lobby for 30 minutes waiting on a bell boy. When we checked out it was the same issue. They wanted us to wait until there was a manager there. Once a manager came, she tried to get us to pay $75 in fees we were never aware of. I had to fight with the manager to get them to not be paid. Also, this property sits on a high hills, which means if you are disabled, older or with anytype of medi

EN CAMBIO EL PERSONAL DE "CONCIERGE" Y "VENTAS" NEFASTOS, NOS EXTENDIERON INCITACIÓN AL HOTEL DE IXTAPA CON ENGAÑOS, LLEVÁBAMOS "TODO INCLUIDO" Y LA MESERA DE :PACIFICA IXTAPA"JAMAS MENCIONO QUE NOS COBRARIAN LAS BEBIDAS, NOS RESERVARON "SEGUN" UNA PALAPA QUE LLEGAMOS Y NO TENIAN. LA "CONCIERGE CAROLINA" SIN TACTO DE CONSULTAR QUE TIPO DE VIAJE, ERA DE DESCANSO.
