I truly enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel. It was located in a perfect spot in the middle of Codensa. When there were issues, I felt like a solution was offered albeit inconvenient solutions sometimes. The bed was very comfortable
The amenities were falsely advertised and could make your life extremely difficult. The shower had the worst pressure with water barely coming out but apparently this is not peculiar to them and common in Mexico city. The AC stopped working a couple of times but I think the most annoying thing is that this place was advertised as a hotel but there is barely any staff on site when needed. The breakfast included is not really a full breakfast, but just a couple of cereal items. I think this place should be advertised as a self-service Airbnb/hostel NOT hotel
The room was nice, clean, housekeeping was incredible.
Breakfast was stale and inconsistent , the coffee was only available one day, after that the coffee maker was broken.

Le design de l intérieur de l hôtel et sa situation
Les bruits intérieurs car les fenêtres donnant sur le patio ne sont pas insonorisées et la sonnerie de la porte d entrée ou les conversations au Rdc sont audibles.
De plus une eau dans la douche vaguement tiède, un siphon de lavabo qui évacue le trop plein au sol, un wc qui n est pas approvisionné en eau d évacuation, un personnel qui essaye d y remédier mais ne peut rien y faire.
J ajouterai une jolie porte coulissante salle de bain chambre en fer très bruyante et l absence de séparation quelconque avec la seconde chambre.

The only thing that was subpar about the property was the shower, which only came out in a thin trickle.
The structure is very beautiful, every detail is precious. The position is very convenient, in a very enjoyable part of the city and Mary is super nice!
Such a cute and charming boutique stay. Mary and Rocio truly went out of their way to help us and completely turned our experience around. Mary was incredibly warm, friendly and always available, and Rocio personally checked our room and helped us move when we were having issues. We really appreciated how well they took care of us.
Our first room had several issues: hot water took forever to come out, the flush stopped working twice, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working the first day, and the AC barely worked. After changing rooms things were much better, although the AC was still a little warm. Fans in the rooms would be a great addition.
Mary the host and Miguel at reception during the night as well as Astrid in the kitchen were all incredibly kind. As two women traveling in a big city we always felt very safe and taken care of. The room was very comfortable and clean. It feels like the work of a very functional team where each person is trying to find the way to give guests that bit extra effort.
The property was beautiful, large rooms, beautiful decor, lounge areas on each floor complete with a kitchen. So many great little details, free beverages in the refrigerators, filtered water in the common space, fresh flower arrangements on each floor. The breakfast was made to order and delicious. The staff was so friendly.
Casa Altata es una excelente adaptación a un edificio de departamentos, con mobiliario de finos gustos lo cual le da un plus, Las habitaciones son cómodas y hay 3 ubicadas en cada piso con un área común. El edificio esta ubicado en una calle tranquila con restaurantes y tiendas a pocos pasos del lugar. En la parte inferior esta ubicada una pequeña cafetería en donde se sirve el "desayuno", áreas comunes y una pequeña recepción. Hasta ahí todo muy bien.
La primera mañana bajamos a tomar el desayuno muy bien atendido por Carmen, el cual consiste en un tazón de yogurt, café, pan de dulce y jugo verde o de naranja, creo que por el precio se puede ofrecer algo mas para completarlo.
El problema estuvo en la segunda mañana, bajamos alrededor de las 9.00 a.m. y nos encontramos que no había nadie para atender ya sea en la recepción o en la cafetería. No quedo mas que preparar un café de capsula y salir a buscar un desayuno. A las 9.30 a.m. venia llegando el personal, el único comentario fue de "que si estaba todo bien".
The bed was amazing and it had great pillows!! The breakfast was nice with very tasty granola. The decor was very trendy and upmarket and the hotel is situated in a nice area to wander around and find cafes etc.
Also nice products in the bathroom, good AC and nice robes and slippers. A great place if you wanted to actually spend more time at the hotel. The hotel was super quiet and really chilled. I did enjoy my stay.
The shower was a dribble and it was either scolding or cold, it was hard to get it right but the shower looked like it was going to be awesome before I turned it on.
Bring an eye mask and ear plugs. The single pain windows do allow sound from the road which is very occasional but when it happens, it's loud. The AC unit lights up the room.
It would have been REALLY handy to have a bottle of water in the room as I'd come in from a late flight.
No lift so be mindful about lugging up your cases several winding flights.
Absolutely marvelous hotel, located in one of the best.neighborhpods in Mexico City, within walking distance from parks and restaurants. The hotel manager Merry was extremely nice, promptly addressing all our questions and requests. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. The hotel has convenient work stations and a fast Wifi, allowing me to work remotely.
The room was a bit small but had a common area right in front of the room with couches and complimentary coffee
El alojamiento esta increible, es muy bonito y tiene muy buena ubicación, Tambien mención especial para Rocío que desde el inicio nos dio un servicio increible, ayudandonos en todo lo que necesitabamos, nos dio buenas recomendaciones y siempre estuvo 100% atenta a cualquier cosa.
