Fijn hotel in een goede locatie!
Pros:

Comfortabele kamer, fijn bed met heerlijke zachte lakens! Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam. Rosio, Miguel, Daniel en Cesar zijn toppers en doen alles om je verblijf aangenaam te maken.

Cons:

De waterdruk in de douche is niet optimaal en soms duurt het lang tot er warm water is.

Pros:

The staff at Casa Altata was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Both the front desk and the evening guard, Miguel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There's a coffee shop in the front that is apparently unrelated to the hotel, but Jonathan there as well was very kind and welcoming. The hotel is very cute and our room was beautifully cleaned every day.

Cons:

There was a small issue concerning the hot water when we first arrived, but the staff took care of it immediately.

Pros:

The design and colors. Location is also great to explore Mexico City. If you get a deluxe room it will be big enough and sound proof enough to stay for some days.

Cons:

During our stay we had some issues in reaching out to management. Night staff was amazing, but we had our breakfast included in the stay and did not really understood what breakfast as for the whole week no one was available in the mornings to make us any breakfast. We were told to grab some yoghurts in the fridge, but it was not what I was expecting.

Its a SCAM, dont go there. Its NOT a boutique hotel

Nothing, there is nothing. This is NOT a hotel, its a poor AIRBNB. There is NO STAFF, NO BREAKFAST, NO WARM WATER.

Cons:

They promote the hotel as a Boutique Hotel but they are not a hotel. It feels like they still live on old reviews (from before it became an AIRBNB, thats what it feels for us) and it looks like they manipulate the reviews on booking.com (Lot of 10's from Mexico). Dont go there. Its a scam. They promised us a refund but they do nothing. No staff, no breakfast, no service, no warm water, NOTHING!

Decent but if looking for real hotel vibes, skip
Pros:

I truly enjoyed the aesthetic of the hotel. It was located in a perfect spot in the middle of Codensa. When there were issues, I felt like a solution was offered albeit inconvenient solutions sometimes. The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The amenities were falsely advertised and could make your life extremely difficult. The shower had the worst pressure with water barely coming out but apparently this is not peculiar to them and common in Mexico city. The AC stopped working a couple of times but I think the most annoying thing is that this place was advertised as a hotel but there is barely any staff on site when needed. The breakfast included is not really a full breakfast, but just a couple of cereal items. I think this place should be advertised as a self-service Airbnb/hostel NOT hotel

Un hôtel décevant prestations très en dessous du design

Le design de l intérieur de l hôtel et sa situation

Cons:

Les bruits intérieurs car les fenêtres donnant sur le patio ne sont pas insonorisées et la sonnerie de la porte d entrée ou les conversations au Rdc sont audibles.
De plus une eau dans la douche vaguement tiède, un siphon de lavabo qui évacue le trop plein au sol, un wc qui n est pas approvisionné en eau d évacuation, un personnel qui essaye d y remédier mais ne peut rien y faire.
J ajouterai une jolie porte coulissante salle de bain chambre en fer très bruyante et l absence de séparation quelconque avec la seconde chambre.

Beautiful hotel; the staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly; the location couldn’t be better

Property is beautiful. Every detail is taken into consideration. I loved the concept of the common area next to the rooms. The lobby area was gorgeous and welcoming. And the room was beautiful

Cons:

The only thing that was subpar about the property was the shower, which only came out in a thin trickle.
