Ana was an excellent hostess. She made my family welcome and comfortable for the duration of our stay. Loved the authentic decor and beautiful facilities. Very personal experience.

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite. The kitchen was nicely supplied. There was dish soap, dish cloths, a toaster and a blender which are things we don’t get in most hotels. The room was nicely large for two people, we really enjoyed the space. The patio outside was a nice place to do my morning yoga practice. The pool was a great place to cool off and sit by a waterfall while relaxing after a day of touring.

This property is under renovation but is well maintained and very nice.
The down side is the area, it’s right by auto repair shops that pump music all day (fortunately I liked their taste) and work into the night.
It’s a 30 min walk to the Malecón, 5 min to Soriana’s, and there are great little restraints and coffee shops near by.
We would return.

From the moment we stepped on the property, we felt the Mexican vibe and charm. Our two bedroom Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated with a Mexican feel. Staff were simply amazing! We will absolutely be returning to this beautiful gem in the heart of PV.

When we arrived we were told that the pool was being fixed. It was late and we were assured that it would be a couple of days max. Next morning we saw that the outside area was a complete construction zone and not usable at all. This was a huge disappointment and something that was not conveyed to us prior to our departure from Canada. We ended up having to leave . We felt lied to. If someone wants to book this property find out if the construction has been completed. Also be aware that it is in an area with light industry. There is a body shop across the street and it is noisy for 12 hours during the day.

It was a spacious and clean villa, quiet at night, in a great central location, the beds were comfortable and the ladies were so helpful!

Wonderful from the moment we arrived, friendly ladies greeted us, made the checking in an easy process, fantastic clean from the first step on the property all the way to our villa, amazing accommodations from the secure front gate to the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I just wish could stay longer but know for sure we will be back absolutely!!

The best thing was the staff. They were all awesome, accomodating and provided exactly what we needed. The homemade chilaquiles are amazing too. Great way to start a day. Highly recommend.

Wish the check out was a bit later.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hacienda Lord Twigg. The staff was amazing, the food and drinks delicious and the suite we booked was beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

I will warn people that the suite we had was equipped with a spiral staircase. So for those with mobility issues, or even super heavy large suitcases you might be in trouble.

I also really loved the fact that the suite had a fenced in parking spot for us to use. It was not very big, but was nice to have as street parking in the area could be challenging.

The neighborhood is a bit far from a lot of the main touristy spots, but for us that was a positive. There are still great restaurants within walking distance, public transportation nearby, and even a Soriana a couple of blocks away. I would definitely return - for longer next time.

This hacienda is a wonderful choice for anyone looking to experience the charm of Puerto Vallarta while enjoying comfortable accommodations and excellent hospitality. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, with special mentions to Dani and Kali. We stayed in a spacious studio for five nights which was clean and well maintained with good AC. While there was some noice from traffic outside, the location overall was convenient.

Callie was wonderful and it was clear that she wanted to be sure we felt welcome, safe, and comfortable. The two bedroom townhouse was absolutely ADORABLE. It was light, bright and had authentic mexican tile, plus two beautiful coopulas, with all the comforts of home. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was delicious. We couldn't be happier. If your looking for an authentic Mexican home away from home this is it.

Had a very restful 2 week stay. Stayed in the penthouse and it was huge. Had everything we needed. There was some street noise at night. It was about 20 minute walk to the Malecon and 10 minutes to the beach. Mona, Cali and Caralee were all wonderful staff that made our stay!

This was an incredible experience with such nice staff that took good care of us. The restaurant & pool area was so wonderful to just hang out & relax, the food is excellent. We stayed in one of the Villas, which are very clean & roomy- the beds comfortable and spacious with plenty of closet space. I only have 1 complaint- the spiral stairscase in the villa is difficult to maneuver, not an easy climb especially for someone older. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

Fue la más grata sorpresa el establecimiento. No se encuentra en área turística, sin embargo está muy cerca de la zona hotelera y de las atracciones. Si te gusta caminar, es perfecto, de lo contrario taxi o Uber al Malecón son muy baratos.
La atención y cuidado con los detalles son lo que más impresionan, es un lugar para sentirte en casa!
Y mira que la Villa que nos quedamos es una casa, decorada con mucho cariño y muy cómoda.
Otro aspecto que nos sorprendió positivamente es la limpieza impecable de la habitación.
Desayuno muy completo y preparado al momento.
Si quieres estar frente al mar sentado, no es para ti, pero si te gusta salir a pasear y llegar a descansar después en un lugar que se siente como casa, te lo recomiendo ampliamente!
