Wrong room but saved
Pros:

The location and the alebrijes room

Cons:

When we arrived we got the wrong room (Industrial) although we had a superior booking and arrived with our baby. Then we got the rustic room, which was kind of disappointing, without outside light, and the only window pointing to the inner patio.
The stay was saved by the morokan colleague next Monday, where we got the alebrijes room, amazing for our baby.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de varios puntos de interés de la CDMX. Además, la atención de Said fue espectacular, fue una persona muy amable y colaboradora.

Cons:

Aunque pusimos el anuncio en la puerta para que nos hicieran aseo un día en la habitación, sobre todo para el cambio de toallas, 2 días consecutivos no lo realizaron.

It works if you're in a jam.
Pros:

24 hour reception, very late check in. Saved the day when we needed to book a place to stay at the very last minute due to an unforeseen issue. Comfy bed, interesting themed rooms. Extremely affordable price, great staff.

Cons:

Bathroom and shower facilities could use a serious cleaning.

Unsure if scammed or just unlucky
Pros:

The hotel we actually booked (Casa Anzures). The facilities looked amazing and the staff were really friendly.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were told that our room was double-booked (despite our booking being confirmed again via WhatsApp 3 hours prior...)

The solution was to put us in another Oyo hotel 10km away, but we weren't told that:
- the bed was tiny
- the facilities were horrendous
- the bathroom was full of mould
- the staff were horrible
- our late check-out would not be honoured


I really wish we got to stay at the actual property we booked, which looked amazing.

Pros:

Customer service was excellent. Very nice staff. Helpful and kind and always ready to assist. Location is very clean and modern. It's in residential and nice area where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and malls and of course supermarkets. Hotel is so clean and very artistic and neat. No complaints whatsoever. There's a hot water kettle to use for drinks at any time plus there is a kitchen to use. Rooms are clean and cozy. I'd go back anytime.

I stayed one week in Sept. 2025 ... I am giving 4 stars because there is no air conditioning. And its a little warm inside the room EVEN AT NIGHT. Maybe a different time of year the weather is cooler but it was warm in September.
The wi-fi can be slow sometimes but everything else is good.

Pros:

El hotel estaba sobre vendido, nos recibieron pero no nos dijeron en recepción y nos dieron una habitación matrimonial sencilla cuando la reservación fue una doble con cama queen. Me pareció fatal que esto no se nos informa al llegar.
