Siamo una coppia di giovani italiani. Siamo arrivati da Mazunte a San Cristóbal de las Casas con il bus notturno ADO. Arrivati in struttura al mattino dopo ben 11 ore di traggito, la receptionist apparentemente simpatica e disponibile ha provato a intortarci con il pagamento voluto assolutamente in contanti. Una volta entrati in camera ci siamo accorti che il pagamento non era stato come d accordi con Booking ma con 500 pesos in più. Tornati giù dalla receptionist per risolvere il malinteso, la ragazza subito un po' restia e dopo alcune chiamate ci ha dato indietro i soldi (non i nostri perché la banconota era strappata da un lato). Il proprietario un signore di una certa età e stato molto scortese e maleducato nei nostri confronti dopo questa questione economica, facendoci sentire proprio non bene accetti.La camera molto fredda e umida, infatti si vedono macchie e muffe in giro sulle pareti. Per fortuna la struttura dispone di molte coperte, che peccato alcune dovrai sacrificarle per fare una barriera protettiva per non sentire le molle conficcate nella schiena (e si che abbiamo 30 anni e tutti e due sportivi). La stanza era sporca con capelli lunghi per terra e sul letto, le tende con macchie nere dure e il bagno spazioso ma con poca acqua calda e asciugamani profumati ma con diverse macchie gialle. La stanza doveva avere un balcone ma invece era affacciata al giro scala al primo piano e il proprietario con il suo tono di voce alto e possente ci ha disturbato più volte nell' arco sia della notte che al mattino presto. Invece di conseguire le tre notti e quattro giorni siamo andati via il giorno prima regalandogli la notte pagato già tutto il primo giorno in contanti. Non lo consiglio, sembra voglia aproffitsrsi dei turisti.

La ubicación 😊

Cons:

El personal nunca estaba en su area de trabajo, el agua caliente era limitada, ya que me toco bañarme con agua fría teniendo en cuenta que la temperatura era muy baja, no tenía colchas gruesas para el frío, el baño es demasiado pequeño al igual que la habitación.

Es ist wirklich sehr sehr kalt in den Zimmern (auch wenn es draussen warm ist - Zimmer sind nicht dicht).

Es gibt Schimmel an den Wänden.
