Pros:

La recepcionista de ojos claros, que no sé su nombre es pésima! No sabe qué hacer, no me quiso dar factura, y llegué con reserva de Expedia y todo se le complicó, no te hace sentir a gusto, en cambio Lizbeth, solucionó todo, es resolutiva y te hace sentir bienvenido.

Buen hotel para conocer las principales plazas de Patzcuaro. La atención de la recepción por parte de Lizbeth Lara en el proceso de check in y respecto a nuestras necesidades durante la estancia fueron atendidas.
