Disappointed
Pros:

Big rooms, quiet, some rooms have nice views of large pool and garden

Cons:

Room was dirty. Sofa had stains. Would not use it, stove greasy, 2 sliding doors, had no working locks, tv did not work, two fans did not work. No maid service, no hand towels.

Pros:

Excelente lugar, mu espacioso, magnifico diseño y amplitud, sobre todo la sala y cocina.
Alberca bonita y grande y muy buen estacionamiento.
Areas verdes bonitas y el lugar muy acogedor
El servicio fue bueno y las personas mu amables.

-Detalles simples como botella de agua o papel sanitario
-Quizas cambio de cubiertos, son pocos y viejos

Pros:

La piscina le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento, el azulejo parece estar muy maltratado y hace falta una renovación.

Los cuartos parecen necesitar un poco de mantenimiento también en la parte de mosquiteros, también aparatos como el refrigerador hacen mucho ruido al conectarse, estaría bien revisarlos.

Worst hotel ever.

The garden

Cons:

They took a deposit which was not shown would happen earlier. They switched my apartment which I had personally seen three months prior. The new place was the filthiest place I've ever had to stay at in my life. They cleaned and only managed to barely clean the bedroom and bathroom.

Very faded beauty
Pros:

The room was large. The mattress was comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and locked at night. The grounds were well maintained and lovely. The fridge and toaster worked. For the most part, the room was clean.

Cons:

The TV didn't work and no one responded to 2 complaints. Per the staff, the tap water was not safe to drink. There was no hot water in room 16, just barely warm for showers. Bathroom lighting was dim. Towels were torn and frayed. Furniture was worn, shabby. The shower soap dish was loose, dangling. 2 sliding glass doors didn't lock. Drapes and vinyl blinds on both sliding doors were damaged and torn. The stove exhaust vent was filthy. Toilet paper was not restocked, I had to ask for more. Trash was never emptied in my guestroom. Pillows were old, flat and hard. One nightstand lamp didn't work.

No pudimos comunciarnos jamas por telefono, cuando llegamos a hacer el check in esperamos cerca de media hora para ser atendidos, la clave del internet nunca funcionó, las persianas de la habitación estaban rotas por lo que no se podían abrir o cerrar, la piscina estaba demasiado sucia y no había agua caliente en la regadera
