Lo mejor del lugar es la ubicación, el personal en recepcion es sumamente amable y el tener lavadora y cocina completa hizo muy practica mi estancia
me tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de departamento porque en 2 no habia agua caliente
pasan cosas muy raras en ese edificio, yo ni siquiera pedi los controles de la tv y en 2 de los 3 deptos donde me movieron por el tema del agua entre 2 y 3am de la nada se prendian las televisiones, curiosamente sin sonido, me daba cuenta por la luz pero estaban como en mute y como no pedi los controles la unica opcion fue desconectar ambas televisiones pero luego se oia claramente como jalaban sillas, afortunadamente no soy miedosa y preferi la extrema cercania con el tema al que fui a cdmx que me quedaba a 3min caminando y me quede todos los dias pagados
Pero ojo, esta muy raro todo ahi, el personal es atento pero que pasen cosas raras en la madrugada sale completamente de su control, piensalo dos veces si eres miedoso
Otro punto, yo no verifique que lo rentan como depto asi que no hay aseo diario.
The wifi was not working most of the time, there was no dedicated wifi for the room as indicated by signs, there is no sound proofing, the room smelled, the closet was teared down, bathroom not great
Con una excelente ubicación, a 3 cuadras del Angel de la independencia. Tiene todo lo necesario a los alrededores, Comida, bebida, fiesta, transporte. La habitación es tipo un departamento con todo lo necesario para poder pasar una estancia cómoda, sin tener que gastar de mas en servicios externos... Cuenta con su propia cocina, horno, lavadora y secadora, Todo equipado!... La decoración, es moderna y funcional. El acceso a las habitaciones con clave, se facilita mejor para no tener que cargar con llaves. El gym, aunque pequeño, cumple. El jacuzzi y terraza, con una excelente vista de la zona.
La zona es un tanto ruidosa por el tráfico de la zona rosa, y por las fechas (PRIDE y Mundial) se escuchaba mucho ruido de los antros, ambulancias patrullas, etc... y la habitación no se encuentra insonorizada, aunque para mi no es problema el ruido para poder dormir, se agradece que tengan de amenidad unos tapones auditivos.

La habitación en general muy bien ,instalaciones impecables, limpieza, etc.

Wifi- no depende del lugar pero el servicio si fallo bastante los últimos 3 dias, imposible para trabajar remoto.
Staff were amazing, got my phone stole while out and they went above and beyond to help, security ladies at night were very understanding and helpful with getting the code to my room.
Eric at the front desk also a great help in this regard and allowed me to stay on the rooftop common area and held my bags while i had to get some last minute things organised

Lovely accomodation in the perfect location. Slightly noisy in the mornings, but the doors are sound proof. Staff is great.

There is a good amount of street noise, which is typical for a lot of areas of mexico city, so we weren’t surprised. We were on the 6th floor so we didn’t get chatter, but horns and honking you can. Mexico had just won the first game of the world cup so it was to be expected. Bring ear plugs.
Great location and although I did not use it there was a washer and dryer. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
The photos make the rooms look bright and inviting but in reality they are painted a bad shade of gray and the lighting is extremely poor. I don't know why there's a big light above the bed and no lamps on the night tables for reading. There was not a lot of thought put into how someone would use the space. It was not an inviting apartment to spend time in.
There was no counter space in the bathroom to put your toiletries and things.
The hot tub on the roof closed at 8pm which is very early. Many people don't even finish work until then and the facility is already closed for the night.
The staff was very nice and helpful, an absolute delight. The location is amazing and the room was comfortable overall.
There could be places to put your stuff in the toilet (no shelves at all). The room smelled a little stuffy all the time but if you open the window during the day it was ok.
