Very cute hotel in the best location of Polanco. You can walk to dinner or simply shop. Only thing the hotel room didn’t have and needs is a full size mirror

I was left disappointed by my recent stay at this property, which did not live up to expectations. Clear communication was lacking, as we weren’t informed about ongoing reparations. The water supply was unreliable, with frequent disruptions almost everyday of my stay including an entire day on Monday. Additionally, the front area was under construction, making navigation with luggage difficult. The early morning repair work, starting at 6am, was particularly disturbing with loud and constant hammering. Quite frustrating especially on your vacations. After voicing my concerns and the inconvenience at the front desk, I was told the manager would contact me via WhatsApp, but I received no follow-up. This lack of response only added to the frustration of the experience.

recently stayed at Casa Ofelia in Polanco as a group of three couples, just a short walk to the best restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.
